Caden struggled, his grip slipping as he cursed under his breath, kicking the door before walking back over to Emily. |

He sat beside her, slipping his eyes shut before tipping his head back against the wall, flicking them back open before looking at Emily. "You know who took us?" |

She shook her head silently |

Caden just nodded, tipping his head back again and slipped his eyes shut, dropping the 'tough guy' act completely, leaving a broken and confused man left in it's wake. |

She went to him and wrapped her arms around him after placing a kiss to his cheek |

"Whatever it is they want, i'll get us out of here---I promise." He murmured, resting his forehead against hers. (subtle forshadowing >;) |

The door suddenly banged open, Caden tensing like a spring about to launch, clenching his hands into fists. He stood, staring the two figures who entered down. "What do you want?" He asked, taking a step closer before seeing the barrel aimed at his chest, stopping where he was. "Because whatever it is, i'm not giving you." |
