"I doubt it makes too much of a difference, the houses are virtually the same" Matt smiled, getting up to leave. He was glad he had known he didnt actually have to pay for things round there but it did make him wonder yet again where on earth they actually were, being in a country that survived not paying for a single thing. "Without me sounding suggestive, we can go back to mine?" he asked, waiting for Trixie to follow. He gently took her hand as she offered, keeping the same faint smile. "You have a point." Trixie chuckled, glancing at the table hesitantly. "It's so weird not having to pay for anything." She huffed, nodding at his suggestion. "It still sounds suggestive, even when you preface it. But yeah." She teased, intertwining their fingers happily when he took her hand. She led him toward their street happily, glancing around. "It's so familiar it's almost frustrating." She sighed.

"Didn't realise that was such a problem" Matt joked, making his way out the door and onto the street. The sun was pleasantly warm, not like the uncomfortable humid temperatures you would find in a lot of places. "How do you think this place actually gets by without paying for anything? I wonder how places keep running with the fact they get no money for their customers" he said, pretty much thinking out loud. "Unless they dont pay taxes" he added, moving out the way of a couple of bikes as they passed.

"It's not. It's just strange." Trixie shrugged, smiling at him. She thought for a few moments following his question, glancing around. "Maybe it's just magical like that. Or maybe this place is completely off every grid theres ever been." She said lightly, moving with him to get out of the way of bikes. "What do you think we should do? I mean, we could always just stay together and do nothing all day. But if we were to get jobs, what do you think we should do?" She asked lightly, looking up at him. They were about halfway to his house at that point.

"Off the grid would make a lot of sense. No one has to worry about pretty much anything that way" he shrugged, kicking up small stones as they walked. "It really depends what they actually have here other than pubs and shops and stuff, so I have no idea. We'd have to actually look around and explore" he said, catching sight of the house off in the distance, to his relief. "I dunno about today though. Watch about a million movies and fall asleep" he suggested jokingly.

"True." Trixie nodded, watching him kick stones. "Egh, actually looking around and exploring? Something that requires effort? No thanks, I'll just stay at home then." She mocked, smiling at his suggestion and gently running her thumb over the back of his hand. "If you add cuddling to that then you have a deal." She joked in return.

"Oh good point, I can't imagine you doing anything that requires any effort" He joked, starting their way up the small hill. He raised his eyebrows at her, what he assumed, was a joke, though agreed nevertheless. "I think I can stretch to that. Only if you pick the movies though, I really wouldnt have a clue" he smiled. Eventually they reached the top of the hill and were at the house. He unlocked the door and held it open for Trixie, waiting for her to pass before heading inside.

Trixie rolled her eyes and giggled at him, giving a nod. "Alright, that's a fair deal. But expect me to pick the most random thing I can find." She smiled, walking into the house eagerly. She kept a gentle hold of his hand and looked around, smiling. "This place is nice." She nodded lightly, leading him into what she figured was the living room. "Where should we watch our movie?" She asked curiously, tilting her head at him.

"As long as its something we can briefly pay attention to, thats fine" Matt smiled, walking into the house after Trixie. Once he had shut the door and scanned the place he followed her into what looked like the living room. "In here? I really dont mind" he smiled, sitting himself down on the sofa for a moment. The various urges he had to just wrap his arms round her, just pull her in were a lot stronger than he figured they should be, and he had to try hard to actually mask it.

"Alright." Trixie shrugged, grabbing the remote for the TV and flopping onto the couch beside him. She turned it on and laid down, her head in his lap as she looked at the TV. She scrolled for a bit and eventually found a classic movie. "What do you think? Yes or no?"
