Matt woke up, his head throbbing as he took in the not so bright white lights above his head, listening to the various beeps of machines around him. His ears adjusted first, then his body as he felt what he was laying on, and finally his eyes. He lifted his head up a little as he took in he was in a hospital room, half expecting him to be in an immense amount of pain- he wasnt, nor did he have any wounds anywhere. For some odd reason, he had ended up in a hospital bed..perfectly healthy. He sat up, staring down at a fresh set of clothes he seemed to be in, highly confused. As he turned his head out towards the windows, he frowned. It looked as if he was in some sort of lab, and as much as that freaked him out, the building in the slight distance had a familiar title, only reading the word 'Memories.' He hauled himself out the bed and the room without hassle fro the workers, much to his relief, and down towards the entrance. Matts brain hadnt seem to have engaged properly yet- it seemed as if he was just wandering aimlessley, trying to figure everything out.

Trixie woke to bright, white light. The more time went on, the more focus she regained in her vision- and she realized she wa staring at hospital lights. And she was in... a hospital gown? In a hospital bed, with the sounds of machinery around. She blinked and tentatively rubbed at her eyes. It felt like she was reliving something- except she couldn't put her finger on what. After a few more moments, she slid out of the bed and padded to the door of her room, tilting her head. ((Should they both remember the ghost life?))

i feel like they should remember what happened towards the end, the car bit and the argument? But it could be they feel as if they havent seen each other in years, so they're a little happy to see each other? But skeptical if that makes sense) - Matt made his way out past reception rather easily without any hassle from, well..anyone, and he was glad. He didnt want to have to speak to anyone just yet, it would definitely be too much to take in. As he stepped foot onto the concrete, the sun washed over him alarmingly fast, and he observed his surroundings. On one side seemed to be a long, but quite different row of houses. On the other side seemed to be a large sort of 'square' with a fountain placed in the middle. He furrowned his brow at the sights of both, feeling asif he had been there before. Still he shook hs head slightly and made his way to the fountain, figuring at least there he could observe better and work out what he was set to do.

It makes sense and it sounds great to me :) )) Trixie wandered around the building a bit, eventually finding an official looking person and asking for clothes. After a few minutes, she was given her choice- and picked something that felt quite familiar. Pumps, jeans, and a simple shirt. She made her way slowly out of the building, glancing about and taking in her familiar surroundings. She strolled quietly along the edge of the building, just... thinking. Considering.

Matt had been stoo by the fountain for a while, pretty much observing everything, rather closely at that. Soon enough though he got bored, and made his way away, down a random street of buildings to hopefully find some insight on what exactly he was meant to do. As he started off his eyes locked onto someone, and he felt strongly as if he knew them. They were walking the same way, back turned, but as he crossed the street and got a slight glimpse of their face his suspiscions were correct. It was Trixie. He blinked a couple of times and tapped her shoulder, careful not to startle her. All he managed to get out was a simple "Hey."

Trixie turned at the tap on her shoulder, pausing and blinking in slight surprise. She opened her mouth to speak, pausing when she found Matt. She knew him. Well. It felt like their argument had been an awfully long time ago, and she sort of went with her first instinct, which was to pull him into a warm embrace. She choked slightly on her greeting, and managed a simple, soft "Hello."

Matt wrapped his arms around Trixie, incredibly grateful she hadnt pushed him away, that would have hurt a hell of a lot. After a couple of seconds he pulled away lightly, giving a soft smile. "You okay?" he asked, his voice soft. The argument they had seemed to end on felt like it was over a year ago, and whilst he could only faintly remember why they argued, at this point he didnt want to care Just focus on Trixie.

"Sort of. Not really, actually." Trixie smiled, pulling away in turn and looking over him in an eager way. She felt like she missed him dearly, what with the time gap it seemed there was. She was still hurt by their last argument, but she was willing to let it pass- especially since he seemed to feel differently now. "How are you?" She asked lightly, tilting her head at him slightly

Matt shrugged, standing as close to possible to her as if he just couldnt let her go. "I'm alright. Confused of course, but okay" he smiled. The only urges he had were to hug her endlessley, kiss her, tell her he loved her- but the argument was really bound to get in the way. Plus they clearly hadnt seen each other in years. "Whats up though?" he asked, moving out the way to let someone pass.

Trixie looked him over as he spoke, desperate for an excuse to make contact with him without coming off as strange. "Understandable. I mean, I feel the same way, so at least we aren't alone." She smiled, biting her lip and giving a shrug. "Just wandering around. I think I'm supposed to be picking out a house or something along those lines." She shrugged. "What are you up to? I'd love to spend some time with you." She added eagerly, watching him and fiddling gently with her fingers.
