I have seen videos of people driving in other countries... and yeah it looks like road laws do not exist. There aren't even lines on the road lol

Italy was scary but Peru was even worse. Everyone just honks at each other constantly and road laws are seemingly nonexistent except for like 5 stoplights in the whole country
