Kvothe led her to a garden that was covered in a rainbow of colors of roses. The entrance was a white iron with intricate details. "You can remove your hands now" he says. He then drops to his knees, holding a ring box. He opened it to reveal a 24 karat diamond ring with silver banding and wings engraved, holding the diamond. "Delilah, I love you so much. Will you grant me the opportunity to become the happiest man on earth and marry me?"

She listened to him in amazement. "Yes." She breathed. "Yes, Kvothe! Yes!" She launched herself into his arms and kissed him passionately. "Yes. I love you. Yes." She squeeled.

She laughs, amused by how happy he is. "Of course, handsome." She says, kissing him again. She looks down at the ring that is now hers. "It's beautiful, babe." She breathes. "Let's go to the hotel?" She asks with a smile, "Or we can get food first?" She holds his hand and tugs him toward the entrance. "What does your heart desire?" She asks him, now even more happy than she's ever been.
