Ali had a very tight grip on the man's finger, wrenching it as far back as it would go until he ripped it away. Probably almost dislocated or something. He stood still throughout the insults, just glaring until her walked away. He looked down st his hand and shook it off. Turning back toward her, wondering if she was okay. Thankfully she looked okay. Hm," he murmured. He stayed on the side of the crowd so nobody could get to her as easily, regardless if it was his- now- bad shoulder facing them. "I'm still wondering what he yelled in my face." He said playfully, making light of the man who just attempted to touch Kitty. He didn't take note of the color her cheeks turned really, just that she looked a little confused.

Quite suddenly, the catcalling and wolf whistling seemed to become nonexistant. It turns out people enjoy their pinky fingers. Kitty took note of the fact that he didn't move back to their original order, but stayed where he was, placing himself between her and the majority of the people. She swallowed and gave him a small smile. "I think it was something to do with you being a hot-headed son of a bitch, if I remember correctly." She teased, watching him with renewed interest.

He glanced around at the now sudden silence, raising an eyebrow with a grin, putting on even face on as he turned back to her though. He tilted his head but gallic shrugged as if some of the insult wasn't wrong. "Either way at least we have peace and quiet-" as he said that, someone was flung off a horse and crowd started roaring in his ear. He half ducked at the loud sound. He waited for it to die down a little. "I spoke too soon."

"You definitely jinxed that." Kitty smiled, placing a hand gently between his shoulderblades, steering him to a spot on a rail that overlooked the arena in the crowd seats. She dropped her hand and intertwined her fingers together, leaning on the railing to look down at the next joust.

He chuckled s little, possibly tensing a little at her hand but he said nothing. He put his hand on the rail, leaning over it a bit. He was rather uncomfortable, trying not to focus on his shoulder but it really didn't feel nice, he adjusted a bit, putting his left hand on the railing also.he winced but kept it there. Watching the show it seemed.

The last rounds of the tournament had been pretty unexciting, but Kitty enjoyed it nonetheless. At the moment, they were making their way with the crowd out of the arena. "So, where are you staying in humbe Paris tonight?"

He was still very disappointed to have not participated in it but he was rather glad he did considering he actualy was feeling a little worse now that he'd been on his feet. He was starting to gain a little big of a pained expression but it was mostly covered up. "I'm staying in a hotel called (the baguette i dunno any french at all). Its a little north of here." He vaguely gestured in that direction. "You?" Edited at August 12, 2023 12:30 AM by Prismatic Cove

"I live not far from here, actually." Kitty smiled, tilting her head up at him. "Are you okay? You look... much more in pain than you were earlier." She asked with concern, watching him.
