| we do have black out days during peak periods where there's no pto unless people managed to bid for it, but my manager is kinda like "look, if you need time off, let me know" she's really nice |

| We have to give 7 days notice of a day off, although with it just being Mum and I in the warehouse and everyone else in a separate office I get away with bending that rule pretty significantly lol |

| I'm really hoping it is the case of them over reacting to an issue then they will scale back. I mean, I've worked for this company for six years and there has never been an issue until now. |

| This is a very recent change. But apparently there was an issue recently where there was no PTO available and then people called off leaving virtually no one to answer the phones. That sounds like a poor planning on their part, not ours. They should account for planned PTO and call ins. I was completely find with the rule that you had to check in with your manager for same day PTO. But 4-5 in advance with PTO available... that makes me a bit spicy. |

| I'm suppperrr pissed. My work changed our PTO where we have to request 4-5 days in advance even if there is PTO available. If within that 4-5 day time frame we have to get permission from our manager with a "reasonable" reason why we need it within that time frame. |
