"NO MORE LAKES" she laughed. "I wanna stayyyy but you complain more than a five year old!" Abby leaned back until she was laying against his legs., the warm water washing over the back of her head.

"WHYYY. And I don't! If you want I can not speak for a whole like 10 minutes." He huffed, reminiscing the warm water lapping against his skin.

Abby sat up again and put her hands on his shoulders. "You do that" she teased, knowing that he probably could keep quiet for about fifty times longer than the ten minutes he promised

Ryker smiled sweetly, but the glitter in his eyes totally said he was going to. He folding his hands and closed his eyes with a smile, not moving. He could probably bask in the hot water foooorever. Though he preferred a warm bed of privacy, but this worked

Abby shifted around again and again. She eventually pushed off if Ryker and got out of the hot tub, jumping into the pool and swimming around.

Ryker's eyebrows raised in surprise as Abby jumped back in the other pool. "Okay, momentary pause. HOW do you do that!? Going from extreme heat to that COLD?" He shivered just thinking about it.

"When I was little I had a mini pool. I would always go from the cold water in the pool to the hot water in my tub. After that I've been able to transition pretty well. And these pools are warmer than normal pools so the transition is even easier. " she grinned at her own response, taking a quick dive before resurfacing.

Ryker shook his head with amazement before climbing out of the hot tub and sitting down at the edge of the pool with his legs in it. "I'm 99 percent sure it's made of ice." He shivered again. "Yikes. Brr."

"Ok now you are starting to sound like me" she got out and grabbed his arm. "We're going now" she said as someone walked in and put their stuff down on the other side of the pool. "That's a que" she whispered.
| |
Ryker chuckled a little before visibly tensing as the door opened and people walked in. He pretty much bounced out of the water and over to their stuff, pulling the thin shirt on even though he was soaked.
