Amira hummed a soft tune for about an hour before she heard Liz crying. She sighed. "I'll be right back, love." She said, gently getting up and rushing to their daughter. She settled the baby down rather quickly but didn't bring her to Sage in fear that she would catch whatever he had. She kissed Liz's head and went back to Sage

Sage just nodded tiredly and shifted so she could get up, feeling rather bad about leaving Liz alone for so long. He didn't want either of them to get sick but having her here did help him feel a bit better.

She went over to Sage and placed his head in her lap, running her fingers worriedly through his hair

He smiled up at her tiredly. "Liz ok," he asked quietly. He wished things would work out but unfortunately he wasn't sure it would happen anytime soon.

Amira nodded, her thoughts on him only. "She's fine." She said quickly, kissing his forehead

Sage nodded, letting out a soft sigh after a moment. "I don't want either of you sick," he murmured softly. He wasn't sure it was contagious...but even so. It was scary.

"I'll take my chances. I always will with you."

Sage nodded and offered her a small smile. "I do like you being here," he breathed, the words causing him to cough again.

"Good" She said, but went silent as he coughed once more.

Once sage finished coughing again, he just curled up against her tiredly, catching his breath best he could.
