Getting kindle unlimited is way better than audible
There are tons of free books on kindle unlimited that also have the audiobook so you don't have to pay anything except the subscription

Sage cocked his head slightly when she mentioned that the guy she'd been betrothed to was ugly, laughing along. "Really," he mused. "Who was it anyway," he asked. He hadn't ever actually...talked about it with her, he didn't think. Not about the specifics.
He nodded with a grin at her peck, giving her a wink in response. "Anything for you, my lady," he chirped, a little tease slipping into his words.

"It was the Prince of Mercia, he was an incest, there are rumors of his parents being first cousins."
She sighed, dragging a hand down her face.
"My parents were. . . not the best at picking good matches of people."
She muttered, dissapointment in her eyes at the memory.

He'd stolen from him before, and actually he'd assassinated people in his castle too, so he knew who the prince was. And he was definitely ugly, as she'd stated. "Yeah, I can't picture you marrying the ogre," he snickered, vaguely amused by the thought.
He winced slightly when she mentioned her parents not being good at picking out matches, and nodded in agreement. "I'll say not," he mused. "They didn't seem to be very good at quite a few things," he added.
