Caden takes a sip of the water and swalloes the pills,head still throbbing.He stood and walked over to the old hickory chest at the front of the bed.It creaked as he opened it,revealing old pictures of him with another man,in football jerseys,posing with a massive trophy.

Rosa doesn't say anything, not wanting to invade his privacy

"Good days and bad times." He mutters,pulling out a picture of him posing with a girl.The two were smiling,outside a football stadium.Caden slightly slumped down,sighing deeply.

Rosa felt jealousy starting to rise in her chest. She turned away, walking back down stairs. She goes to the bathroom, closing the door. She opens the drawer that held a secret, a positive pregnancy test that she had taken a few says ago before Caden's father came over. She took the test and threw it away, tears forming in her eyes. She closed the drawer and sniffled

(f yeah) Caden sighed and took the picture,pinning it to a cork-board.He went outside onto the balcony and sniffled,lightly crying.Remembering the night,six years ago,the night that forced Caden to carry guilt,forever trapped inside him.The bond he had made with that girl,all before she was shot and killed,betrayed by his best friend.Thinking of him only brought him pain,rage,anger,and nothing else.

He started feeling dizzy,panic surging.Guilt arose,per usual.His chest pounded,breaths becoming labored,very labored.

Rosa sniffles, thinking that Caden had just completely played her when he already had his heart set on another girl. She stepped out of the bathroom and began packing her stuff

"If only she was still here.If only I had put myself infont of her.I would've been killed,not her." He sobbed,not stopping. "I've killed two people." He said quietly

Rosa packs up her things and starts to put them into her car. She then whistles for Spud and Mallow, opening the door so they can jump in. She sniffles, getting into the car and pulling out of the driveway, refusing to look back
