Tyler nodded, then watched Andi hesitate to drive away. He knew this must be hard for her, even if he didn't know her dad very well. He sure knew what abuse was, and he knew how horrible fathers could be, because he had experienced it all... some personally, some with the other humans he had guarded. -That one stupid guy literally just started whipping his daughter. He deserved to be cut into little pieces... but thankfully I controlled my temper and only broke three or four of his ribs, gave him a black eye, snapped his arm, and fractured his leg- Tyler thought, then winced. Now that he thought about it that sounded way worse than it should have. He shook those thoughts out of his mind and decided to try flying for the first time since the multiple accidents. Tyler felt his wings come out, flaring them for a moment before taking off. A dull ache started in his chest, but he ignored it and flew higher, swooping above the clouds. "I cannot wait to get back to flying jets." Tyler murmured happily, though he dragged his meandering mind back and dove, going right below the clouds and following the lone car to a small restaurant. He got ready then shot out of the cloud cover like a streak of black nothing, going right behind the restaurant and having his wings disappear before he hit the ground... which was a terrible idea, because he forgot to flare them first and smacked into the ground like a bowling ball falling from heaven with an elephant on top of it. Tyler let out a groan and had all the air knocked out of him, lying there for a moment before pushing himself up again. -You ar such an idiot. No wonder your body feels like it's 60- Tyler scolded himself mentally before peeking around the corner of the restaurant to see if Andi was out yet.

Andi looked out her sidemirror seeing Tyler's wings reveal from behind his back, she stared at him for a second before bringing her eyes back to the road. She truly was impressed with his wings, she wished one day to see them up close since the only time she had was when he had gotten shot so she really didn't get a chance to admire them. After a short bit of driving she arrived at the resturant, quickly grabbing her bag and getting out of the car just in tiem to see a black streak come plummeting down from the sky, then a quiet thud. She shook her head with a small wince -I swear that man is accident prone- She thought to herself while going into the resturant and heading to one of the hosts "Table for 2 please" Andi asked politely and a short minute later she was lead to a table that laid almost directly in the middle of the resturant.

Tyler rubbed his chest for a moment to just ensure nothing was broken, before rolling his shoulders and leaning against the wall. He tried to decide whether to torture himself and protect Andi more, or make himself comfortable but risk Andi getting very unhappy without him knowing. His soft side won over, and after he made sure she was seated, he crept in the restaurant. Tyler asked for a 1 person table somewhere where Andi could see him, but her father would have to sit with his back facing Tyler. He sat down at the small table, studying his hands with great interest and flicking his gaze up occasionally to glance at Andi. A young waitress came over and flashed a cute smile, and Tyler immedietely knew he probably should have not suffered and stayed outside.

Andi watched anxiously at the table, her phone sat on top of it where she would occassionally check the time. As she sat waiting her leg started to bounce rapidly as she fidgeted with her hands -I swear if he doesn't show up on time then I'm walking out this door- She grumbled in thought before scanning the resturant when she saw Tyler was seated inside, she was about to turn her gaze away when a waiter walked up and gave him a cute smile, which got Andi to automatically smirk knowing that Tyler was in for a rough time himself. Eventually her gaze turned back down to look at her fidgeting hands and the smirk faded into a frown as she sat anxiously for a few more moments lost in thought. Suddenly Andi heard a deep raspy voice speak "What's with the sour look? Not excited to see me again?" Her father asked with a almost crooked smile, hearing the voice sent a small shiver down her spine as she looked up plastering a smile on her face "No not all! Have a seat, dad" She said happily while gesturing to the chair across from her

Tyler glanced up to see Andi smirk, praying his groan couldn't be heard from heaven. He resisted the urge to drop his head on the table and took a breath, looking up at the waiter with a polite smile. Which dropped considerably when the waiter spoke with a high-pitched sweet voice, and her first words were *hey handsome, what can I get for you?* Okay... not just dropped considerably. Just about fell into a death threat glare that most people would have ran with their lives from. Tyler wiped that look off his face and made it neutral, looking at the table for a moment. "Water, please." He said shortly, but he could tell the waiter was grinning and batting her eyelashes. "Of course" She answered and hurried off with a slight sigh that made Tyler feel sick. That sigh, like she was the most content girl in the world. -How old is she, 16? Can I please leave, Andi- Tyler thought furiously, mostly because he knew Andi couldn't hear him. He watched her look up as her father walked in, and the look of dread that crossed her face... and that fake smile... it made Tyler want to go streaking over there and give her father a well deserved wallop in the face. Tyler stayed silent though, and just listened, visibly wincing when he saw the waiter coming back... and over exaggerating swinging her hips from side to side... to make him barf... or just leave... -Lord help me save me what did I ever do to you-

Oh lord poor Tyler... Andi will definitely be teasing him for the rest of his life about this XD))

Andi glanced back over at Tyler quickly seeing the waiter and his face -Someone looks like their having fun- She thought while surpressing a smirk that wanted to come back but she kept it down. As her Father sat down across from her a waiter came up *Can I get ya'll started on some drinks?* The waiter asked nicely with a warm smile "Water, please" Andi said while bringing her hands under the table so Trevor (her father) could not see her visibly fidgeting. "A beer would be nice" Trever said to the waiter who nodded then walked off -Of course he's getting that- She thought holdign back a huff. As the waiter walked off Trevor looked back at Andi with the same crooked smile "So tell me, how is school going?" He asked before waiting for her answer. Andi just shrugged her shoulders "Oh it's going well, getting a lot of good grades... We have a project coming up and I got paired with this snotty tall dude that you saw earlier" She said with a small grimace and clenched her teeth, really just trying to hold back a laugh at what she was saying. At the answer Trevor nodded his head "Good, good... and what about that hair stylist job of yours? I mean I'd be surprised if you still had it, considering how many times you flopped back at home with your own hair" Trevor spoke calmly, Andi realized this was just his way of tryign to get her to react in any sort of bad manner "Oh it's going great! I mean I'm not working at the moment but that's only because they are movign me over to the new salon that's going to open in a week! Otherwise it's honestly a good past time" She beamed happily and before he coudl say something else the waiter walked back over with their drinks.

(I know, I had to make this difficult for him so I actually had something to write about XD)

Tyler wanted to die, but he was already stupidely immortal. -wait no, the angels stripped me of that! I can die!- He thought with a slight rejoice, though he knew his brain was being sarcastic. He almost wished it wasn't. Tyler watched the waiter walk up with slight disgust, taking the water with a forced nod of thanks. When she didn't leave Tyler wanted to cry out in pain, but he kept silent. "So how are you doing today?" The waiter all but purred, leaning towards him a little. He could actually feel her breath on his neck. "Fine." Tyler said stiffly, the politeness leaving him like a deflated balloon. He decided at that point he would do anything he could to get her to leave without openly wacking her. The waiter didn't seem appauled, only leaning closer. "How did such a fine guy like you come in here?" She asked with a smile, blowing out a breath of air on the side of his face. "Unlike most people, I do not like waiters behaving in inappropiate ways miss, so please ... leave." Tyler half growled, his face a mask of stony death that would have scared a grizzly bear back to its cave... whimpering.

Andi nodded a thanks to the waiter while taking the water from her then taking a sip, her father did the same but instead set the drink down and watched Andi with keen eyes. She felt his glare on her hand returned to being shakey, which was noticed as the water in the glass cup waivered side to side in the cup. Andi noticed and quickly set the cup down hoping he wouldn't really take notice on that but unfortunately she thought wrong "What's the matter Andi? You seem a little tense... Is something bothering you?" He asked with a fake worried but sly tone as he continued to watch her expression. Andi took a deep breath as she smiled slightly "No not at all.. I just have a lot on my plate is all.. Y'know how I get with stress" She sheepishly chuckled while her panic grew more and more inside "Is that so?.. From what I recall you usally act this way when your hiding something from me... You know I don't like secrets Andi, so spill them" Trevor spat out through his clenched smile. Andi's breathing started to become a bit shallow as she tilted her head "Oh come on dad, what reason would I have to lie to you?" She asked while panic started to creep on her face. One again her father went to speak and was once again cut off by the waiter, who was ready to take orders. Andi let out a long breath in relief before telling her order, then excusing herself to use the restroom once the waiter left. Andi made her way over to the restrooms which thankfulyl were near the front so she was able to slip out through the front door, where she tried to get her shakiness to stop and her breath to return back to normal.

Tyler decided to ignore the shocked waiter and focused on Andi. She looked more and more distressed as the conversation went on... and then finally got up and left. Tyler decided to follow, casting a glare at the waiter. "If you don't mind me leaving, I need a breath of fresh air that didn't come from your mouth." He snorted, and the waiter looked so surprised... completely stunned. Tyler stalked out the front door with his head down so no one could recognize him, going over to Andi once he was outside. "Hey, are you okay?" He asked with a concerned glance. "If you want to leave, I can make a big scene rather easily. Big enough they miiiggghhht have to call the police in, and then the restaurant will be temporarily closed, and then you won't have to talk with your father anymore." Tyler offered helpfully, a small smile coming onto his face. "Just tell me if you want to go, don't mind how I will do it."

Andi was pacing back and forth by the side of the building out of view, both hands were above her head as she felt like her lungs were closing up on her. She was taking deep breaths to get herself to calm down, when the door open she suddenly frozed looking to see who it was and when she saw Tyler a wave of relief hit her but she went back to her pacing. At Tylers question she shook her head "No I'm not... I can't control my nerves when I talk to him.. this is ridciulous" Andi said, sounding very upset which of course she was, who wouldn't be when their father is a complete jerk and narcassist. When he offered for her to leave, she shook her head again before stopping and looking at him, her face was almost as pale as a ghost from how stressed out she was "No I can't leave, he'll just want to meet up again and again until he is either satisfied or he gets me to come back home." Andi started speaking with her hands as she stood still, kind of like one of those inflatable duds that flail around aimlessly but it was more stiff. "I just don't want to deal with him at all anymore.." She said more quietly with a sigh
