"Ok." She kissed him once, just pecking his lips as she walked away with Loki, the stallion still a sweaty hot mess. She hosed him down, and give him a couple too many treats as she giggled at Jaden getting swarmed by officials. She refilled his hay bag and cleaned out his stall as she noticed that the officials were done with Jaden. "How'd it go?" She mused, waiting for his response, itching to hug him again. |

"Just about the same as usual, asking how he felt and if I was confident in tommorow's race." Jaden explained, leaning on the stall door. |

"Ok." She fed Loki another peppermint, the stallion nuzzling her for attention. She looked up at him leaning on the door as Loki started sniffing her pockets. He found another treat and ate it. "Hey!" She mused. |

"Oh yeah forgot to warn you about that, he'll steal treats out of your pockets." He chuckled, Loki grabbing hold of his sleeve. "Let go you goof," |

She laughed slightly and looked at Jaden. "So, we done? You wanna go do something? You tired?" She asked, still looking at him. |

"For now yeah, gotta come back tonight for a dinner for the top 10 qualifiers and their partners, mind going with me?" He asked, grinning slightly. |

"Oh, sure." She said. "I didn't pack a dress or anything; oh well." She mused. She noticed his grin, looking at his lips for a second before looking back up at his eyes. "Do you just wanna go back to the hotel? Or there might be a park or something around." |

"Might as well head up to the room, ain't nothing else to do." He mused, seeing her gaze flick down. |

"Ok." She gave Loki one more treat as they walked off to the cars, discussing the other jockeys that competed today. "I did see that number 9 kept smacking his horse with the crop." She said as they got to the cars. "I'll see you there." |

Jaden nodded, driving over to the hotel and exchanging his silks for a pair of Wranglers and a t-shirt. |
