Odessa Matthews -
Odessa waits for Natalia, holding Zanders limp body in her arms. "Zander, if you can hear me, you're gonna be okay. Nat's gonna fix you up so your hip won't ever bother you again." she murmured to him and kissed his forehead. Nat walked out, all smiley and bubbly until she saw Zanders limp body. "What happened?" Nat asked, examining him. "He has a hip plate, but it was keeping his hip dislocated. So I bent the plate and pushed his hip back into place, but he passed out from the pain." Odessa explained. Nat was human, but she was one of the few people Odessa had told about the whole vampire thing. "Okay, we're gonna get him into surgery and awake. Right now." Nat said, calling a stretcher over. |

Nat and Odessa wash up, getting into the sugical attire, as Zander was prepped for surgery by the nurses. Odessa technically wasn't supposed to be assisting with the surgery, but Nat gave her special clearance due to the fact that Odessa knew more about Zander than Nat did, and Odessa was the one to bend the plate. When they were ready, Nat made the incision, opening Zanders hip up, finding the plate. Odessa just supervised at the moment. "Well, you did the right thing, everything looks fine for a incorrect plate placement. I'd say if he didn't pass out from the pain, he could've walked on this bent plate just fine for a few weeks before he'd need a replacement." Nat said. Odessa nodded, handing Nat the new plate as Nat removed the old, bent one. Nat and Odessa screwed in the new plate, this time, it was the correct plate in the correct spot. Zanders leg was just fine, his hip was back in place, no longer dislocated, and the plate was in the perfect spot. Zander wouldn't need another replacement after this one. The two girls sewed and cleaned Zander up. Nat left, but Odessa stayed another moment. She took off her gloves and mask, looking down at the boy, still unconcious. "Your hips just fine, you won't need another replacement again." she told him, smiling softly and combing through his hair with her fingers. "You just hafta wake up for me, okay?" she murmured, kissing his forehead again. Odessa then left the boy, letting the nurses bring him up to his hospital room. |

Zander Mccade _ Zander groans as his eyes opens up to bright light before being able to see clearly he looks around then notice he wasn't in the car as he kinda remembered he was Zander panicked as he touches his legs to make sure they were still there then looks around before he tries to sit up but the pain stop him as he groans a bit more then through about how his leg felt much better now then it was before he smiles lightly before saying " is anyone here " as he was looking around he wasn't scared of anybody he was mostly a tough guy and he wanted to know what happen to they other he wanted to make sure they were okay |

Odessa had been sitting in his room for about an hour or two, waiting for him to wake up. She had closed her eyes for two minutes to rest, and somehow, Zander woke within those two. Odessas eyes flew open, and she rushed over to his side. "Hey, I'm here." she said gently, sitting down on the side of his bed, facing him, and gently taking his hand, intertwining their fingers. "How do you feel?" |

Zander Mccade _ Zander looks at her and smiles and said " hey beautiful " he was still not himself yet cause of the sleeping pill hasn't worn off yet, Zander then said " I feel like I am on a cloud or this isn't real and I am in a dream " as he looks at her before looking at her hand and smiles before saying " where am I did we make it to LA" |

Odessa smiled, a warm bubbly feeling rising in her stomach when he called her beautiful. They weren't together, they'd only kissed once, and as much as Odessa wished it was real, that was to annoy Tony... not a real kiss..."Its real, I promise. Your meds are still wearing off, thats all." she said with a soft smile. "We're in Denver, Colorado. You passed out after I fixed your hip, so we brought you to the closest hospital and got you fixed up, for real." she explained. |

Zander Mccade _ Zander nods and looks around before saying " thank you for staying with me and thank you for helping me " as he looks at her before saying again " no one really help me even as a child I was alone even through I had Tony he was too young to know what was going on in the house " as he through back before saying " I am tired I think I am going to go to sleep for a bit " as he grips her hand a bit tight and smiles at her |

Odessa smiled. "Of course, Zander." she hummed. Odessa listened, a frown replacing her smile. "Oh Zander, I'm so sorry, that must've been awful..." she squeezed his hand. "Okay. Get some rest, and heal up. We do need to get going again pretty soon. The rotation doesn't wait forever." she said. "But don't you worry about that. Just focus on getting some rest." she hummed, leaning forward to kiss him on the forehead. |

Zander Mccade _ Zander smiles and said " I'll be heal soon I promise " as he watches her before closing his eyes and falling to sleep the nightmare didn't take all to wash over him and his ptsd rise to the point his heart rate was going to 135 mph. ( the nightmare) Zander pov Back at the house Zander 8 birthday it was so normal at first cause dad didn't drink and mom did do anything to upset him, me and my middle sister was playing with some toys in the living room as mother was sitting on the couch reading a newspaper when in walk dad talking to a woman he was having a affair with as mother reply " please go talk with her someplace else instead of talking to her in front of your kids " father looks at mother before the argument when out in the middle of it all was me and my sister like always they is always hitting and I always tried to stop it but before I could stop a punch my sister stood in the way and too a hit knocking her out ( the end of nightmare) Zander woke up yelling " stop" as he breaths heavily and curls up into a ball it didn't hurt his hip what so ever |
