Ruben couldnt find anythig suitable in reply to Elowyn's compliment to Lara, so instead he muttered a simple "mhm" and decided it would be better, and easier to move on. He let out a long breath at her very last question, crunching a stone underfoot as he thought about the best possible ways to answer. "I mean I never said dont be worried about that. He's a good driver but even he's crashed into the ground a couple of times." He started, letting out a small laugh. "He tends to ride quite a lot faster than most of the group, and doesnt stay on the road, meaning he's the first to get seen by the police half the time. He also isnt one for pulling over." He explained, looking up at Matt who had just stood up. It was clear he had heard his own name mentioned a couple of times. "I'd say imm sure you'll be safe with him but..Yeah." He added, flashing a nervous smile. "Anyway we should probably get ready to go now. Like I said, make sure you come and find me after." Ruben spoke, watching as Matt frowned at the two then made his way over to his bike.

"That's comforting." Wyn joked, tilting her head as he continued. She gently rubbed her thumb back and forth over his hand, raising her eyebrows as he continued to explain. "Sounds like fun. I've already been with him on a run from the police once, and I know he likes to speed. Hopefully I'll be fine." She chuckled, glancing over at Matt as he stood, her eyes lingering on him a moment too long. "Speak of the devil," She joked, tilting her head down at Ruben's nervous smile. "I'm sure." She mocked, standing at his words. "Don't worry, I defintely won't." She teased, lightly ruffling his hair. "Have a good ride, Ruben." She said simply, walking off after Matt. She figured the frown had been over the fact they were speaking about him, blowing out a breath and taking her helmet from the bike to put it on. "Hey. Have a nice time?" She asked cheerfully.

Matt only turned around to face Elowyn as she took the helmet off his bikr, leaning against it for a couple of seconds. "Yeah. I see you're having fun talking to the group's biggest man whore then huh?" He asked, his words not coming across too friendly. He was very aware it was making him sound jealous, but he in fact just wasnt the biggest fan of Ruben. He grabbed his helmet and pulled it on, flicking the visor so only his eyes were visible, looking back at Elowyn. "Seriously though what are your thoughts on, well..this?" He asked, gesturing vaguely around the area. He eventually mounted the bike, waited for Elowyn to do the aame and started it up, waiting for the majority of people to leave before he did. The first part of the cruise, up the rather narrow road and onto the basic streets were rather chilled, and he stayed near the back, only playfully swerving a couple of times when the person in front did the same. It was only about five or so minutes before they entered the very open highway, and Matt could finally get to the front. He careuflly moved Elowyn's hand forward, mostly out of instinct, and sped up. The bike shot forward a lot more than it had done when he first took her for a ride, and he did his best to focus as they wove in and out of the rest of the bikes, watching as a couple of the riders, including the girl he had been talking to earlier waved.

"Oh? No, I'm not having fun talking to you. I don't know what gave you that impression." Wyn said, her tone mocking innocence. He wanted her to leave with someone else anyway, so why was he suddenly picky as to who she left with? May as well provoke him a little more, if he was going to judge her decisions. "Your friend is pretty fun. I think I found my ride for tonight, actually." She explained brightly, flicking her visor down and getting on the bike behind him. She wrapped her arms around him comfortably, shifting a little. "I like it. So far, the people are nice, the bikes are great, and at least a few people are hot. That's a win in my book." She answered, watching as other bikes filed out of the clearing. She shifted closer to Matt as they pulled out, watching what happened intently from over his shoulder. She chuckled softly at the playful swerving, settling her hands on the bike just in front of him. As they hit the highway, she went back to hugging him, letting him adjust her hands. She let out a slightly surprised laugh as they shot forward, staying on well enough. She glanced around to the people nearby, getting comfortable enough with the speed and weaving that she waved back to a few of them.

Matt ignored Elowyn's first comment, mostly being able to just focus on the bike, though her second comment irked him only just a bit. "Good. For what its worth I hope you both end up under a lorry." He mumbled. If he wasnt focusing on the road he would have turned to give her a sarcastic smile, but couldnt and so instead left her wondering whether he meant it. He did. His attention was grabbed briefly by her lifting his hand off his waist, probably to make some sort of hand gesture back at the others, and though he felt a bit nervous, didnt say anything or drag her back. The bike was pushing its speed as he eventually hit the front, and he relaxed his hands, keeping his eyes focused solely on the white line dotting the middle of the road. The bike was centered right on it inbetween both lanes, as he liked to do a lot. Matt had relaxed into it so much that his eyes unfocused, leaving him about two seconds to serve out the way of a pickup in front of them. He could feel the metal and the air from the veryback of the truck as he swerved, and could hear the various noises from the rest of the group who had clearly seen it happen. He shuffled his seat a little, took a deep breath and relaxed again, settling the bike into the left lane to turn off. Matt didnt bother asking Elowyn if she was alright, because at that point quite frankly, he did not care. Instead, as they turned off and came to a bright red traffic light, spun the bike onto grass verge they had come up next to, spraying up mud. It was a common way he used to stop the bike, though it really wasnt all that safe.

Wyn simply laughed at his comment. "God, if you're gonna be jealous, at least be a little less obvious. You could fuck any girl here and you dont even like me. Why does it matter who I sleep with?" She scoffed, both frustrated and endeared by the anger over her chosen partner. She curled both arms back around him as he hit the front of the line, tilting her head as he kept the bike on the white line. She was confused by the tactic, looking over his shoulder at the headlights a little too late. He was going to move, right? She clenched the fabric of his shirt into a fist, too scared to make a noise as he swerved, paralyzed by panic. She sat shock still as he straightened out, finally blowing out a breath and glancing over her shoulder. She wanted to say something, but she was stunned out of her mind- and she laughed instead. A faint, fearful giggle. She calmed down as they turned off, giving a slight yelp when he stopped without warning and lurching forward a little. Scrambling for a purchase, which ended up being his thigh. Her hand was tensed on his leg, and by the time she realized it, she couldnt care less. She splayed her fingers and blew out a breath, removing both hands from him to set them on the back of his shoulders instead. "Fuck." She breathed quietly, slumping against him a little while the red light gave a moment of respite.

Although it had been quite some time, Matt waited until he had pulled up on the side of the road to reply to reply to Elowyn's comment, figuring that was better than spitting out whatever he had to say and stop focusing on the road. "I'm not jealous, Elowyn, its nothing to do with that. I also dont care who you sleep with, get taken back by or do whatever with its just..different. Can you not go and find a guy somewhere else? I'm sure you have plently of options outside of us." He said, taking his hands off the handlebars to sit back a little. "You know what, forget it. Do what you want. Just dont be surprised when he fucks you, brags about it and posts a video to go with it." He said, fiddling with his sleeve. He looked down at his arm which was bleeding lightly, most likely from the corner of the pickup, though he managed to just wipe it off, relieved when it stopped completely. He stared down at the hand on his thigh with raised eyebrows, not making any moves to remove her thoughhe very much wanted to. After all, he had nearly killed them both. Soon enough the light changed to green and he started off again, letting a couple of others pass him before holding the same speed as usual. The road they turned off turned a lot darker than the highway had been, with half the lamposts not working and the others very dim. He dimmed his headlights slightly, shutting off the road ahead and pulled his visor back down, taking a sharp right into some very dark town streets. Matt didnt say much to Elowyn yet again as the bike shot off, only hoping she would know to do so, and started weaving the narrow cobble streets, listening as the group followed. The bike was lightly scraping against houses either side, and it was very easy to tell how carelessley Matt was actually driving.

Wyn sighed, shaking her head. "You quite literally encouraged me to find someone else to take me home. I did. What is your problem? It's not like I'm gonna sleep with him in front of you. You just said you don't care who I sleep with, just that you don't want me to sleep with any body here. So obviously, you care." She snipped, closing her eyes to stop herself from hitting him. "I fucking won't be, then." She hissed, sitting up straight. "Should I go pick some other guy? That way you can approve my pick next time? Or, better yet, you can choose for me." She offered sarcastically, looking down at the blood on his arm and blowing out a breath. She couldn't even feel sorry for him. At least she wasn't thinking of his kiss any more. More about smacking him. Wyn blew out a small breath as they started off again, clasping her hands over his abs in silence. She was trying to calm down, but he was getting on her nerves. She observed the streets they went down curiously, laying her chest flat to his back as he shot off again. She glanced at the houses they were passing, flinching as the bike took a particularly nasty scrape. She lifted a hand and tapped the side of his helmet gently. "Please stop." She asked softly, her tone polite for perhaps the first time since they had met.

Matt bit his lip at Elowyn's reponse, shaking his head. He wasn't about to say it was the guy she had chosen that irked him, and instead just..drop it. Well, almost. "Gneuinely, I do not care. I'll let you pick who you want, and I wont bat an eyelid whatever happens to you. And i do genuinely mean whatever happens." He said. His tone was neutral mostly because of the focus he had to pay towards the road, but also because he was getting irritated with their conversation. After, Matt said nothing else and instead stayed silent, listening to the pops, bangs and scrapes of the bike down the what was previously very quiet streets. At one quite bad scrape he winced, looking down at the windshield which had ended up slightly cracked. At the tap on his helmet and the surprisngly polite and quiet tone he slowed the bike down, only just pulling over to the side to cruise in time for others to pass. Once they had he set off again, though stayed well within the speed limit. Instead of snapping some snarky or harsh comment he took a deep breath and apologised, rubbing his hand on his leg. "Right, Sorry." He sighed, eyeing Ruben as he sped past on his bike. "We're looping round to go back now. I might drop you off and head home, consdering you're leaving with someone else." He added, making his way out of the town streets to join the others, who had stopped at yet another light. He came upon a couple of them at the front dancing and much to entertainment of a family in their cars, though he didnt oay too much attention.

Wyn simply shook her head at his words, blowing out a breath so she didn't respond. She winced as the scraping got worse, tucking herself in against him to avoid it. She frowned at the damage to his bike, her arms tight around his midriff. She took in a breath of surprise as he actually listened to her, and without a nasty comment. "Thank you, Matt." She muttered, watching other bikes pass with a slight sense of shame. But at least very few of them were destroying their poor bikes. She eased up her arms around his waist, giving a small shrug. "Don't worry about it." She shrugged, watching as Ruben sped past. She listened to him talk and took in a breath, glancing around. She knew relatively where they were, and had suddenly lost the appetite for a on night stand. She watched the ground as though it were very interesting, blowing out a breath. She stayed quiet for a minute while she decided, then responded. "Would you mind just taking me back to my dorm?" She asked half-heartedly, leaning on him as she peered at the building beside them.
