Abby's body reacted quickyly as she used her limited knowledge of bird wings to help her zero knowledge of angel wings. she grabbed a clean rab and a small bowl of water, patting it softly with the damp rag and occasionally looking at her patient.

He winced slightly at the pain but it didn't feel as bad as it did earlier. "Any other questions," he asks, not specifically to Darcy or Abby, "I can answer any of them."

Darcy shook her head. "i'll leave you too though." she said as she turned and walked into her room, closing her door. Abby silently worked on his wing. "first patient of my lifetime done" she said as she stood, walked into the kitchen and draped the bloody rag over the sink divider. she walked back in and sat on the floor beneath him. "do you mind being a human again or is it not possible because your wounded? it's intimidating talking to an angel." she blushed a little but hoped he didn't notice

He thanked her and inspected his wing, moving it some and checking it over. "Oh yeah I can change to my human form," he says and does so in a matter of second, "there. Better?" Micah liked talking to Abby and felt a slightly unknown feeling when he was around her.

she nodded with a smile. a strand of her red hair fell infront of her ear, covering her scar, but it was bothering her. no matter how much she fixed her hair it always managed to escape to frame the side of her face. she leaned against the arm of the chair he was sitting in, watching him with curiosity. -ugh this peice of hair!- it fell out of place again and she pulled it back behind her ear, revealing her nasty scar that went from the back of her neck to the side

Micah watched her messing with the strand on hair and noticed the scar on Abby's neck. He leaned down towards her face and gently put his fingers on her chin and tilted her head to see the scar. "Where did this come from," he asks Abby, "it seems old but not very old." His hands were pretty firm from his lifetime of work but were gentle as he examined her scar.

her heart fluttered at his touch, but then it sank at his question. she gulped then answered. "you know the ex that was begging for me to come back after he dumped me...? well... he got drunk one day and attacked me..."

He listened as she slolwy told him her answer and frowned at what the scar was from. "Of course he did," Micah says before running his thumb gently across the scar, "does it hurt or bother you?"

she slowly shook her head. "i just try to hide it..." she looked him in the eye, somehow telling him that it was a terrible rememberance of her tragic past.

He nodded some in understanding put let a bit of energy come off of his thumb as it glided over the scar again. Once his thumb and went over the scar again the scar was gone. A small smile was on his face and he looked into Abby's eyes.
