Walking over to Chris, Louis grabbed the bandage off him. "Lift your arm up." He instructed, as he wrapped the bandages around his many wounds. Wincing at the many scars, Louis got a few pins out of the first aid kit, and secured the bandage in place. "I'm sorry..." He whispered under his breath. Louis sat down next to Chris, on the damp, coarse, wet floor, his pants soaking in he moisture.

Chris gently and carefully lifted his arm up and stayed still as Louis finish wrapping his wounds. He eyed the pins that Louis grabbed and relaxed slightly as he put them on the bandage to secure it. He then slid his arm down and glanced at Louis from the corner of his eye. "I would forgive you," he says, "but I don't think I can right now.. Not after- well. This." He glances down at his bandage as a gesture of what he meant. "But I will say that you did have a good plan for this," Chris says, "and this is a pretty cool place. Pun intended but also not." Sighing, Louis dropped his head. "Yeah, that makes sense." He sighed, and the laughed at Chris' joke. "Do you want to get out of here?" He asked, pointing to the staircase concealed behind a velvet curtain. "See, look! Stairs!" He said, helping Chris up.

A small smile crept onto Chris's lips as he heard Louis laugh at his joke. 'He's still pretty cute,' he thinks, 'even if he did just capture me.' When asked if he wanted to escape Chris raised a brow and watched as Louis helped him up and showed him to a staircase behind a velvet curtain. He eyed Louis confused and unsure, "Why would you let me escape? You spent so long planning for this didn't you? Besides how do I know that this isn't a trap."

Thinking this was fair, Louis stopped."Well, you can stay here and be re-caged, or you can come with me." Louis shrugged, and toor back the curtain to the stairs. The corridor that contained the stairs was dimly lit with torches, and had a soft yellow glow. He looked back for Chris, waiting for him to follow.

He listened to his options and obviously didn't want to be reached and possibly injured any more. He watched Louis as he moved the curtains away to reveal the stairway. After a moment he gave a nod to Louis before saying, "Lead the way then."

Louis took a couple steps forward, making sure Chris was following closely. Louis' shoes were squeaking with every step, and his eyes were straining in the dark. "Nearly there." He said after a while, and soon they could see a glimmer of strong daylight. Louis emerged from the passageway, into the bright light. They had emerged just outside of the castle grounds, under a cluster of rocks.

He followed close behind Louis as they went up the long passage. At times he almost slipped on some moss but would quickly catch his footing. Chris looked ahead as Louis said that they were almost out and watched as they slowly approached sunlight. Once outside he looked around and noticed the palace not very far away. He wondered how long he had been gone for and if anyone had noticed.

Louis looked back at Chris, grinning slightly. The grass was damp under his feet, and crunchy from the early morning frost. "Well, let's head back inside. I'm still technically your servant, so fortunately I have to stick around for a bit." He let out a light chuckle, and walked off, half dragging Chris. The sun was bathing over the hills, the golden sunrise flooding over the castle. "Now that really is a pretty sight." He said, his eyes flooding over the castle walls. Louis and Chris kept trudging up the slight hill, to a crumbled back end of the castle. The old stone walls were filled with moss, and it was crumbling next to the old entrance in some places. "I may have done some scouting beforehand..." Louis said with a grin. " This leads to the hallway outside your room. He indicated to a pile of rubble, and tossed it aside, revealing a dark and gloomy passage. "After you, your majesty." He said, bowing as he snickered lightly.

Before Chris could say anything he felt Louis grab his arm and basically drag him away. He soon got into step with Louis and walked beside him. He heard Louis's comment and looked towards the sunrise and nodded some in agreement. The golden rays of the sunrise gleamed against his blond hair, making it look as if it was glowing. His gaze focused back on Louis as he spoke and examined the bit of ruins they were approaching. Chris's green eyes watched Louis as he moved away the rubble and looked at the passage skeptically. "How do I know this isn't another trap," he says with a small glare towards Louis, "it could lead to another cell or a pit or anything really."
