Noah nodded. "Okay, thats fine," he replied. He didn't mind of course.

"And then Max is on a work trip, Rocky has a appointment," She paused, moving to review her schedule internally.

Noah nodded along, feeling kinda useless and bored now that he was too scared to drive and he'd stopped taking his classes as he was just retaking the year next year.

"Feel free to just do whatever, if you feel like it Max has a few cars in the garage, i'm heading off to class. I love you," She called, heading out the door.

A few hours later, around 7PM, she walked back inside the house, scooping up Rocky as he sprinted over to her. "Hey buddy," Emery greeted, setting her bag down and walking into the living room.

Noah didn't do much. He lazed around and watched TV. He had wanted to paint, but all of his supplies were at Rowans and he couldn't go back there.

Emery walked to where Noah was and plopped down beside him, letting out a small huff as she let Rocky go and rested her head on his shoulder. "Hey," She greeted, watching whatever was on the TV.
