Aria just stayed there for awhile, hugging Sage, holding him close. That was what she missed the most. Having Sage to hold in her arms... She had never forgot about him, ever.

Sage was more than happy to stay there curled up in her arms for a while, though when he almost fell asleep again he decided they should probably get up before that happened...they needed to sleep that night. Before he could mention that though, Caroline had come into the bedroom to ask for food, since she'd woken up by then.

Aria didn't want to move when Caroline asked for food. She just curled up against Sage more, and buried her face against him. The girl groaned when Caroline started crying for food. She just tried to ignore her, and told her to go get her own food. Caroline huffed and stomped to the kitchen, getting a bowl of cereal for herself.

Sage chuckled lightly when he noticed aria didn't want to get up. "Well have to get up eventually," he mused. He could stay like this forever, he wouldn't mind, but they had things to do. They couldn't just curl up together and never leave the bed.

Aria groaned. "But why...?" She giggled. "Pleaseee?" She said, smiling over at Sage with her puppy eyes. She hoped he would let her stay for a bit longer. "I don't want to move." She said, tilting her head to the side slightly. The girl wrapped her arms around him and hid her face against him.

Sage laughed at Aria and then hummed in agreement. "Fine, tem more minutes," he humed. It really wasn't much work to get him to cave in...he wanted to stay here too, just as much as she did. "Me either," he hummed lightly. "but we do have work that has to get done eventually," he said with a shrug.

Aria chuckled and smiled happily. "Okay..." She said with a playful pout. "But what if I fall asleep in the next ten minutes? Then will you decide to stay here with me?." She said, looking over at the boy. She was very tired though...

Sage hummed lightly and then chuckled. "Maybe," he mused. "We'd probably get woken up by impatient kiddos though," he noted. He was starting to get hungry too, so he'd want up in a bit. If she fell asleep he'd probably just stay for a bit, go get a snack, then come back and curl up again.

Aria nodded with a yawn. "Alright." She chuckled under her breath. "The kids will need to take a nap soon anyways." The girl noted, curling up more and starting to drift off.

Sage chuckled lightly and nodded. "that they will," he chirped. He noticed her start to fall asleep and stayed there a while after she slipped away before going to make a snack for himself and out the kids down for their nap. He slipped back into bed with her quietly so as not to wake her once he was done.
