It's gonna take a few years and some training for those pups to be reliable livestock gaurdians. I would also look at some other options while the pups grow up aswell.

I'm well aware lol. Even if all it does is bark at stuff, we can go out with backup. Unfortunately we have other dogs and a baby so I think a pup is a better option than bringing in an adult and hoping it adapts.
