(yeah, maybe!) Sage glanced over at the other woman and her children, sort of nodding a hello to her as she and Max talked. He was more than happy to let the women talk while he pushed Max about ...he wasn't really a talker, but that was alright. |

Maxine chatted with the women for a short bit before she finally introduced Sage "This is my husband Sage and our daughter Charlie." she smiled "I'm Quinn and these are my twins Carrie and Ryan." she said indicating each child when she stopped their swings briefly "They're only a little bit older then Charlie actually... 14 months." she chuckled "What a small world eh?" she chuckled. |

Sage was more than happy to just play with his daughter while the women talked. By the time Max introduced him, he'd brought charlie over to the sandbox and was sitting on the stone edge near her. "Nice to meet you," he hummed lightly before reaching down to stop charlie from trying to eat her shovel, distracted from the conversation yet again. |

Max giggled lightly as Quinn brought her two kids over putting them into the sandbox and keeping an eye on them as she and Max chatted "Oh really?! Congradulations!" she chirped "My ex and I split before we ever made a choice weather to have more or not..." she admitted "It just didn't work out..." she said gently "He'll come visit the kids sometimes but still..." Maxine frowned at that "Geez i'm sorry..." she replied "No biggie... its better this way." Quinn replied. |

Sage grunted in response to the conversation, and nodded when Max said she was sorry. Though, her kids were well behaved, and they crawled right over to Charlie....they seemed to get along well. "Guys can be awful," he hummed. "I've certainly seen enough to know that," he admitted. |

"Yeah..." she agreed "No offense to you of course Sage..." she chuckled softly "Don't worry it takes a lot to offend Sage." Max assured with a chuckle. Max wrapped an arm around her briefly "Well its a good thing you met us then, we'll do what we can to help if you need it." she assured "Thanks... but especially knowing you're expecting a second baby I won't bug you guys unless i'm desperate." Quinn assured "Plus i'm doing pretty okay on my own..." she told them. |

Sage chuckled and shrugged slightly before nodding in agreement. "I've dealt with a fair share of people," he hummed. "If someone doesn't like me that's on them," he said with a shrug. "Don't eat that," he added on, though that was to Charlie, who looked up at him with a happy giggle, waving a bright blue shovel around. He glanced over at Quinn and grunted. "Well, the kids like eachother so even if you want some time to yourself or want to stop by for lunch with em, that's fine with us," he chirped. |

"Sounds great." Quinn said happily as she took one of the castle molds out of Carrie's hands "Clearly they do they're already feeding off of one another!" she laughed as Ryan picked up a little rake and decided to treat it like a chew toy as well "You two I swear..." she chuckled. |

Sage chuckled lightly at the toddlers interactions with the sandbox toys. The amount of germs they could get chewing on things was incredible...and it was even more incredible that they never seemed to get sick. Oh well, he supposed he didn't really care, as long as it was charlie that was healthy. Of course, he didn't wish anyone else kid to get sick, but still. "They're a handful," he hummed in a rather amused tone, "but a good one." |

So we had an interesting day yesterday, my dad left for work and we wound up with a doggo in our breezeway xDD We had a lady bring us a husky mix (Gorgeous boyo) who she'd found wandering, thankfully we found his owner and they were reunited though!) Quinn laughed happily "Yeah very true..." she giggled nodding in agreement as Max pulled the toy away from little Ryan's mouth "I've gotta go now though..." Quinn said gently "We'll see eachother again though i'm sure." she said taking out a piece of paper and writing her number down for Max and Sage "You guys can text me whenever." she said handing the number to Sage. |
