Sage eventually sighed and wandered upstairs, smiling when he saw Amira and Liz on the bed and crawled over to flop down next to them
| |

Amira's eyes popped open momentarily as she felt Sage's weight settle beside her. She smiled softly and drifted off once more
| |

Sage noticed her drift off, and was more than happy to fall asleep there with her
| |

Amira woke a few hours later, leaving Liz with Sage, and walked downstairs
| |

Sage curled around the baby protectively in his sleep but stayed sleeping for a while before waking and bringing Liz downstairs with him
| |

"Hey, love." Amira said softly, writing on the computer
| |

Sage smiled over at her and sat down on the couch, still holding Liz. "Whatcha up to," he asked lightly
| |

"Trying my hand at writing. It's not going according to plan"
| |

Sage chuckled softly and moved to peck her head. "You'll figure something out," he hummed lightly.
| |

Amira sighed. "Hopefully. When we end up eventually getting married, it's not gonna be cheap."
