Aria smiled and nodded when Sage thanked her. She sat down next to the boy and ate her own food. Caroline got up and walked over to her parents. "Can I make a smoothie Mom?" She asked. "I'll make one for us to share." Aria said with a grin. Caroline smiled. "Okay!" She said, hopping back over to the couch.

Sage watched aria and Caroline happily, and when Henry started crying as he woke up, he was right there to scoop the baby up and calm him down, the whole time a wide grin on his face. This was his child....he'd held him briefly before, but very briefly, and he was asleep. It was wonderful to hold him, and know that he'd be able to keep holding him. "Where do you keep the baby bottles," he asked Aria as the boy tried to suck on his fingers, searching for food.

Aria hurried over to the cabinets and grabbed a bottle, handing it to Sage with a grin. She loved seeing Sage with Henry. They did look very much alike. "Henry looks a lot like you Sage." Aria said with a smile. Caroline looked at Aria as she finished making the smoothie. Aria finished up and handed half of it to Caroline. "Thank you Mom!" She said happily.

Sage took the bottle and chuckled at her comment. "He has half of my genes," he pointed out with a laugh as he went out sit down on the couch to feed the baby. He watched aria and Caroline as the talked.

Aria chuckled softly. "Well he looks nothing like me." She joked, walking over to sit next to Sage. Caroline sat at the table drinking her smoothie happily. Aria looked down at Henry in Sage's arms and smiled.

Sage chuckled again and shrugged. "I dunno, I think his face looks a bit like yours," he hummed. "And he has your nose," he added with a slight giggle. He put the now empty bottle down on the side table and lay down on the couch tiredly, letting Henry sit on his chest happily.

Aria smiled down at Sage when he laid down. The girl played with his wavy hair for a bit, looking up at Henry. Henry was giggling and smiling happily. Aria chuckled softly, thinking it was super cute. Aria nodded at Sage's comment. "I guess." She giggled happily.

Sage felt a soft smile cross his face when he felt aria play with his hair. He always liked that...it was just comforting somehow, he supposed. It eventually made him even sleepier, and he fell asleep after a while, Henry more than happy to cuddle up on his chest.

Aria watched Sage fall asleep with Henry still on his chest. It was awfully cute seeing the two of them. Aria kissed the top of Sage's head and smiled softly.

Sage stirred slightly at her kiss but stayed asleep. After a while, he woke up at bedtime. He drug himself over to the bed and fell back asleep, still cradling Henry. He wanted to make up for all the time lost.
