He swallowed, regretting even coming tonight when she asked the question he'd been dreading. "Well, still in therapy to try and fix my shoulder, got told it might be permanent, always going to affect my riding now, so i'm told." Monty mused, chuckling sadly as he took another drink.

"ah, im sorry thats gonna affeect your riding.." she takes a sip from her drink, glaring out the window for a moment or two.

"Most likely will, might suck for a while but, i'll survive." He mused with a soft chuckle, catching her gaze once more.

the waiter returned shortly after, -30 minutes- She soon finished her plate, wiping her mouth on a napkin, reaching into her purse for her chapstick.

Monty had already finished, grabbing his card before handing it off, making sure to tip the waiter well---a solid $40. "How was your dinner?" He asked, looking back over at her, a small smile tugging on his face.

" it was good ! this was an excellent pick i made," i smiled, glaring out the window at a rather busy street.

He chuckled, the sound soft and genuine and....and warm, even. "Well, I have to say the same. Seems you are good at choosing the best resturants." Monty mused, the same crooked grin still on his face.

" theres this drive-in movie at 11, im not sure what the movie is but, would you wanna go? call it a... second date in one day?" she smirks, tapping her nails on the table.

"Sure, you'll just have to tell me where it is." He mused, getting his card back and slipping it into his pocket, checking his watch before looking back up at her.
