He followed with her to the empty space, once he saw the quite large empty space he heaved a heavy sigh "Thank you" He said as he dove straight into work

"Any time." She settled down near where he was working and pulled out her book again, humming her happy little tune while she read.

Kennedy worked hard and for a long time without a freak until every last flower was planting. Once he was done he was covered in swear and dirt, he rolled up his sleeves once more to get some more air on him. This time he also unbuttoned his shirt about halfway somewhat reveaking his small toned abs and more scars. Kennedy wiped the sweat that started to ckoud his eyes as he glanced over at Mercy "Ok... What's next" He asked sounding a bit exhausted

She glanced up from her book, and blinked a few times, staring at his unbuttoned shirt. Her mouth dropped open slightly and a bright, tomato red flush covered her face. "You- uhm- I didn't know? I- That- I'm- Sorry, what?" She shook her head, closing her mouth and blinking at him. "Uhm. List! Right. Yes. List." She fumbled with it and stuttured a few times as she read out the final task. "Trimming- Uhm, trimming hedges. In uhm- around the back." She cleared her throat and nodded.

(Just letting you know I will be gone for a week) ~ Kennedy blinked a few times as well at the girls reaction to his simple question. He tilted his head slightly being extremely confused and worried, when her face turned tomato red he walked closer to her. "Are you okay?" He asked softly before placing the back of his hand on her forehead "Maybe you should go inside and cool down, it is a bit hot out today" He said to her with a small worried tone before moving his hand off her head

Oop- Alright!) "What? No, I'm- uhm- fine." She blinked up at him and scrambled to grab her things, hopping to her feet as the vibrant red color spread across her face died down. "Lets go." She gave him a quick smile and grabbed his hand, taking twists and turns back to the shed until they arrived.

He still was a bit worried but seeing the red die away from her face helped get the worry to die down as well. "If you say so" He smiled back at her slightly as he followed right beside her all the way to the shed. Once there he went inside and grabbed the hedge cutters and a bin before heading right back out to her "Ready?" He asked moving right beside her

She blinked up at him and it took her a moment to formulate a response. "Uhm... Yes. Yeah, lets go." She grabbed his hand and cleared her throat, shaking her head as they walked through the garden to a small aisleway with slightly overgrown hedges.

He tilted his head slightly as he waited for a response. Once he got one he smiled softly before going with her to wherever she took him. Once he saw the overgrown hedges he let go of her hand and went over to them setting the bin down and going to work "Sit in the shade while your over here, I think the heat from the sun is getting to you" He said simply while continuing to work
"Okay." She said obediently, walking over to a shady spot and abandoning her book. She watched him quietly as he worked, fidgeting with her hands quietly.
