Sage sat with Annie while they ate and they talked for a bit. Annie seemed to really like him, and he liked the girl. He was glad the girl had decided he was worth her time, and that she liked being around him. He blushed slightly when she had changed ..she looked really good in her dress, he thought.

Cassandra leans again the counter and said " so where are we going " as she watches them eat Annie saidb" away from our old life mom a bad girl now" Cassandra laughs and said " I didn't do anything " Annie giggles and got off the chair to give her dish to Cassandra

Sage chuckled and rolled his eyes, amused by the little girls comments. "Well, if it were me, I'd go south a bit. Little bit harder to get to than going north, but the homes are cheaper and whatnot, and they won't expect me there since they got me from up north." He shrugged. "I don't mind getting one house if you're fine with it. It'd be cheaper," he hummed.

Cassandra nods and said " yeah I think that we should go south buy a house would be great since sleep out side would get cold a night " as she smiles before puts stuff away an made some sandwiches for the trip Annie said " we are going away we are going away " Cassandra smiles before putting the sandwich in to a bag and said " we got some food for us and some drinks so I think we will be fine"

Sage chuckled and nodded. "It'll work. A two bedroom would be fine, or I could like...go sleep on a couch if we want something smaller," he hummed. "I'd be fine either way " he shrugged. Then he laughed and nodded at Annie. "Yes, were going away," he chuckled. "And yes, we have money too so it'll all be fine."

Cassandra smiles before saying " a two bedroom house would work fine and your not sleeping on the couch silly " as she chuckles and grabs her dagger off the counter then puts on in her pouch which on on her leg below her knee Annie said " are we going to leave now or are we staying for one more night " Cassandra looks over at sage before picking up Annie and place her on the counter then started doing her hair

Sage hummed in thought before shrugging. "I don't think it matters," he admitted. "The leader will be out for a while, and when he wakes up he won't be doing much...he'll have a nasty headache." They'd be fine. Though, he was glad she had said he could get a room.

Cassandra nods and said " but if he does then you well be in trouble don't want to get to close to that guy " as she sighed low before finishing Annie hair and sets her down Annie said " I could make sure he stay away " Cassandra said " no I don't want you to get hurt and you are to small for that " as she sighed and looks around before looking at sage

Sage nodded and shrugged. "Well, I'm not chained to a wall in here, so I can fight back," he pointed out. Then he nodded. "I don't want you near that man, Annie. Don't worry, we can take care of him," he told the younger girl gently. "But if you'd feel better leaving today, we can," he pointed out to Cassandra.

Cassandra said " I'll feel better if we were away from all the knights and you and Annie safe and sound " before she looks up at him and smiles Annie said " mommy like you mommy like you " Cassandra brush and looks away before Annie ran off into her bedroom again and Cassandra watches her go before looking at sage
