He nodded and leaned back against the cave wall. He kept an eye out for anything, but it was the middle of the day and was relatively safe.

She went back to the house and looked up at her bedroom window with a small smirk she hid she staff and started climbing up the side of the building and into her bedroom. she grabs a couple of old backpacks filling them with clothes she stole some that could fit sage too. she took alot of soap and stuff so they could clean themselves up she also stuck a hair brush into the bag. in the other backpack she filled with chapter books so she could read when she got bored. after she got everything she needed she dropped the bag of clothes and cleaning products out the window it landed in the flower bed. she put the bag or books on her back and climbed out the window and back down the building. she picked up the other bag and got her staff before heading back to the cave humming softly.

He glanced over at the girl when she got back to the cave with two bags full of stuff. "What all did you even get that you need two bags for?" He hadn't really ever seen so much stuff in one place before.

He shrugged. "Books tend to take up a lot of room, so I guess that makes sense," he chuckled. Then he made a face. "I've kinda been busy trying to just stay alive so I don't have much time for baths." He grinned. "Also it's an excuse to keep my protective layer of dirt," he joked.

"well its day time im sure you will be fine if you took a bath she rolls her eyes playfully. she climbed up on the ledge next to him then crawled into the back where she had slept the night before.

He grinned. "Well yea, but being clean feels weird at this point. Besides, staying dirty helps with hunting because the animals don't smell human, they usually only smell dirt and whatnot."

"you're just giving me excuses so you don't have to bathe" she giggled softly as she pulled out a book from the bag and setting the bag at her feet.

He shrugged and grinned. "Maybe." He crawled over to her and looked at the book cover. It was upside down, but that didn't bother him. "Whatcha reading?"

"The secret garden" she looks at him and blushed slightly, they haven't been this close since the night after they met.
