Aria waited for Sage until he came back out. The girl smiled over at him tiredly. She hadn't slept much in a few days. Caroline was in the living room, watching tv next to Henry. Henry did look a lot like Sage, with his amber eyes and wavy hair. Caroline loved having a little brother to help take care of, and Aria loved watching the two interact.

Sage looked over at Aria and gave her an equally exhausted grin. "If the kids are all set up at the TV, we probably have a few hours to nap," he told her with a chuckle. A nao curled up with Aria would be lovely, he thought....he had barely slept the past few weeks, and hadn't slept much more while with the other queen since he was constantly terrified of the woman doing something.

Aria nodded. "A nap would be nice." She admitted. "I haven't slept in a bit." She chuckled softly. The girl laid down on the bed with a huff and looked over at Sage with a gentle smile. "I love you Sage. It's true." She said with a wide grin, curling up against the pillows.

Sage chuckled lightly at her comment and flopped down on the bed next to her before letting out a relieved breath of air. He looked over at her once she started talking again and he gave her a grin in return. "I love you too," he promised. "I always have," he hummed, curling up against the pillows and already starting to fall asleep.

Aria smiled over at Sage and cuddled up next to him, wrapping her arms around him. The girl watched Sage start to drift off. She too, started getting tired, before dozing off shortly after.

Sage smiled happily, alibet sleepily, when Aria wrapped her arms around him. He was hoping it would go right back to how it used to be....and it had. She didn't mind cuddling up. He curled up and around her sleepily and let himself drift off happily.

An hour or so passed, and Aria woke up, forgetting it was still the middle of the day. She got up and walked over to still see Caroline watching tv next to Henry. She smiled happily.

Sage stayed asleep for a while, since it had, honestly, been over a year since he felt he could sleep soundly for more than a few hours and be safe. And the past few weeks, he'd slept even less than before. Eventually though, he woke up and forced himself up and out of bed since a, he wanted to sleep through the night, and b, because he really was starving...He couldn't remember when the last time he had a good meal was. Or, really, the last time he had more than a few scraps here or there.

Aria walked into the kitchen and started making lunch for her and Sage. Caroline had already aten a few different snacks, and Henry already had a bottle this morning. She cooked some food and handed it to Sage with a smile.

Sage wandered into the kitchen hungrily when he smelled the food cooking. To be honest, that was really what got him up and out of the bed. He grinned and thanked Aria happily when she handed him the plate, and practically attacked the food on it. It was gone in minutes, but he was pretty satisfied. It was nice, not being hungry for a change.
