Gale waited them out,creeping back to camp silently.He climbed up a tree and undid his belt,looping it around the tree and back through his trousers,insuring he wouldn't fall out while he rested. "Kayla,try and get rest,we'll sleep most of the day and head out at night."
And with that,he drifted off. |

He had mastered the technique,falling asleep in weird spots. First,you'd do something with all your muscles,slight movements,raising your eyebrows,rolling your shoulders,stretching your legs,then you'd think of the most peaceful moment in your life and not move. |

Gale awoke at about noon to the sound of hounds barking,searching for him.He thought,going still. |
