Emery just rolled her eyes before turning and acting as if she was walking away before, out of Rowan's sight, slipping it into Noah's hand. Get up and follow us, we both know that guy's not treating you right. Before casting another glare at Rowan and continuing with Max and Rocky. |

Noah read the note quickly and out of Rowans sight. He took a deep breath and stood, walking away and following Emery and Max. But barely a minute later, there was a sharp yank on the hood of his sweatshirt. Noah came flying back into Rowan. Rowan started hitting him immediately. "Where do you think you're going?" Rowan growled. Noah just whimpered, falling to the ground as Rowan continued to hit him. Rowan didn't stop, he started kicking Noah on the ground. Once he'd gotten most of his anger out on Noah he stopped. "Get up," Rowan muttered. |

Emery heard the two and scowled, her plan not working. She made sure she was looking dead in the eye when she mouthed the word 'run' before pulling Max to a bench so they could wait for a moment. |

Noah stumbled up and started running. Trying to get away from Rowan. He was crying, and he was fast, but Rowan was fast too. |

"Go," Emery ordered, Max following her as well when she started after Noah. "Just keep running, get to the lot and get into the black Ford Explorer," |

Noah ran and ran getting to the car and getting in quickly. |

Emery locked it from afar so Rowan wouldn't be able to get in, Max eventually catching up and starting it as Emery got in before turning to Noah. "Good to see you better," She mused, turning towards Max. "now drive." Max started driving back to his house, Emery tossing a few glances at Noah. "So....why didn't you go away from him in the first place?" |

Noah started crying, closing his eyes as they drove. He'd gotten better about riding in the car, but he still couldn't drive again. "..b-because he was nice... then he threw away m-my meds and things g-got worse... |

Emery just nodded, reassuring him the rest of the way until they pulled up to Max's house. "You okay staying here for a few days?" She asked, getting out. |
