I'm pissed. Earlier I mentioned that my brother broke up with his girlfriend and that my Mom was bringing his cat home so we could rehome it. Turns out the thing has been getting neglected. It was locked in a room with little food and water and no litter box.

Sage had moved to help her get up and dressed, then worked on his own clothes. He'd just pulled his shirt over his head when the knock on the door sounded. Thankful they'd gotten dressed when they did, he called for whoever it was to come in.
