Amira just lay there, her headache getting worse and a small whimper escaped her lips

Sage sighed softly when she whined, wishing he could do something to help her other than just sit awake with her. He felt bad she felt this gross.

Amira turned around and curled up against his chest, his warmth comforting her

Sage loosened his hold to allow her to turn around, then tightened it again, fingers running through her hair absentmindedly after a moment or so

Amira just lay there with her headach

Sage was ok with laying there. He was tired, but didn't want to fall asleep on case she needed him

Amira slowly fell asleep, her headache never lifting

He waited until she was asleep before he let himself fall asleep as well. He passed out almost immediately, and fell into a deep sleep

Amira woke the next morning later than usual, just laying there as another headache built up

Sage was still asleep when she first woke, though eventually stirred slightly, tightening his arm around her waist as he slowly woke.
