Dakota set down her phone as she heard Elijah get up. She went and took Ethan silently before putting him down for a nap.

Elijah smiles, "thanks babe"

Dakota walked back over to him and sat down with a sigh. "I'm probably gonna take a test just to be safe before we try again" She muttered

Elijah nods, "very well" he says, wrapping his arms around her

"I'm just undecided about it still. I'm leaning toward yes, but there's always those uncertainties"

Elijah nods, "I understand. Why don't you take the week to think it over?" he offers

Dakota nodded, leaning on him and closing her eyes

Elijah kisses her head.

Ethan began crying and Dakota got up. "The constant having to get up I won't miss" She muttered, walking to grab Ethan
