"Sounds good." Quinn confirmed with a curt nod, seeing that the fire was pretty much put at this point. Since she wasn't a big fan of just sitting still, Quinn stood up and stretched her arms out. "Well, what do you want to do? For the day, anyway. And don't tell me you don't know, you have been complaining about sitting around doing nothing for days now." Quinn asked with a smile, glancing at Sahara... who was watching Sage

Sage grunted in agreement with Quinn and then hummed thoughtfully. He really wasn't sure what he wanted to do ....he wanted to do a lot. "Why don't we go swimming," he suggested. It was warm out by then, and they hadn't done that in a while. "Then once we're done we can play that hunting game," he chirped. He gave her a mischievous grin. "You never caught me last time since we were interrupted," he hummed. "maybe if you catch me you'll get a prize," he purred in a flirty manner, definitely teasing but also sort of serious.

Quinn's face brightened at Sage's suggestion, and she nodded vigorously. "Also a great idea! I think my brain is rubbing off on you." She exclaimed with a teasing grin. "Ah, the good ol' hunting game." Quinn mused, though at Sage's last comment her expression became mischievous. "Be careful what you wish for, because I Will hunt you down." She chuckled, walking over to the water to trail a hand in it for a moment. "Nice cold refreshing water on a hot day, sounds perfect,"

Sage hummed lightly and chuckled. "Maybe it is," he mused. "Can't complain about that I suppose," he giggled. Then he followed her over to the water and nodded happily, tugging his shirt of and grinning at her comment about hunting him down. "Well, if you're hunting me that means you want to catch me," he mused. "I'm the best pretty you'll ever catch," he joked lightly, sliding his pants off and plunging into the water, making sure to splash Quinn on the way in. "Yep! It is pretty great," he laughed.

Quinn cast a glance at Sage before letting out a dignified yelp as he sprayed her with water. "Excuse you!" She huffed, wrinkling her nose. "And now my clothes are wet." Quinn complained, sliding off her now wet shirt to leave the tank top on. She then dove in, her fingers scraping the bottom before she came up for air

Sage chuckled lightly and grinned at the girl, about to say something else but he'd sort of forgotten what comeback he'd come up with by the time she'd resurfaced. He grinned over at her though and thought of something else to say. "Welcome," he chirped. "Took you long enough," he all but giggled.

"Welcome for what? You did nothing helpful." Quinn sniffed, sending a wave of water at Sage's face. At his last comment she snorted, wading a little ways away. "Well I be the I can stay under longer than you. Patience is key." Quinn said haughtily, raising her chin as she waded in the water.

Sage chuckled lightly and shrugged. "I got you used to the water at least," he half cackled, yelping slightly when she splashed him. Then he crossed his arms and huffed out a breath. "oh? You wanna bet," he asked lightly, cocking his head as his eyes glinted happily. "why don't we find out then," he hummed. Then he grinned. "what do I get if I win," he asked, really just teasing her...she'd know what he was alluding to.

"I got myself used to the water! The droplets just made tiny parts of me colder." Quinn protested with a playful huff, smirking as Sage yelped. Oh yes, he totally deserved that. "Okay then, we will find out." Quinn sniffed, though at Sage's last question she had to think for a moment. "Well since my brain doesn't really work in two ways at the moment... whatever you want." Quinn said haughtily, reaching out her arms to swim a little closer

Sage snorted and then hummed with a nod. "You have yourself a challenge, then, my dear," he chirped happily, really just glad to be out and doing stuff again. The 'my dear' part was mostly just for fun, though he supposed she was his wife, so he could call her that if he so pleased. At her last comment, he hummed and then shrugged. "We can figure that out later then," he chirped, taking a deep breath and letting himself sink, sitting down crosslegged on the bottom of the lake.
