Centello tosses her head and try's to push her out of the way.
there is an outside cry "wolves!". Centello tosses her head and picks up her foot for Dawn to use to get on.

She looks outside hearing the howls. She quickly uses Centello's foot and climbs up. She nudges her into a gallop and sits up. She had ridden for shows before and knew what she was doing. Even tho this situation was different, since her heart was beating at a thousand miles per hour. She hoped that Cherry was safe and that the wolves hadn't found her yet.

Centello bolted out of the almost closed gates. Two guards chased them. Centello went faster and faster, leaving them behind. Or so she thought. She was almost there when one of the guards threw a rope and caught her. She spooked and threw Dawn. The mare tossed her head, saying "run" to Dawn. She pulled the guards away, distracting them for Dawn.

Dawn looked back at the mare but soon ran into the forest. She had no idea where to look, but continued running in the same direction. She soon sees the glimmer of water and comes up to a small lake and looks around. She spots a figure laying and the grass and slowly approaches it. As she gets closer she recognizes the figure as Cherry and rushes over, engulfing her in a hug.

Cherry could barely move. She slowly hugged her back, getting just a little warmer. She was only in her underwear still. "Dawn. I- I'm a mess" she whispered.

She kissed her cheek and felt her forhead. "You're burning up," she says before slipping off her jacket and wrapping it around her. (Pretend she had the jacket the whole time =w=)

Cherry coughed but tried not to cough on her. "How are we gonna get out of here?" Her voice was raspy from her throat.

She stands and lifts Cherry onto her back. "I'll walk," she says, "and carry you. The guards got Centello but don't worry I'll get her back."

"Oh! Centello. " she squirms. She tried to yell "Cent!-" she stops with a squeal. "No. Dawn, what are they gonna do with her? Sell her?" she whispers.

She shakes her head. "They'll probably see the marking on her saddle and realize that she's a palace horse," she says, "they'll take her back there and put her away. I know how the guards are and if they dared to sell a horse with the royal marking then they'll regret it."
