Aria smiled softly and whispered a 'thank you' to the doctor before he left. The girl ran her thumb over the back of Sage's hand and hummed softly. Caroline sat on the bed next to Aria. "Dada? What does that mean?" She asked. "That guy said Mommy is pregnant... Is that bad?" She wondered, tilting her head to the side. Caroline looked back to Aria and put her face close to hers. "Momm are you okay?" She whispered. Aria chuckled. "Yes i'm fine Caroline." She murmured.

Sage thanked the doctor as he left, and then sat down next to the two girls. He chuckled slightly at Caroline's comment, and then shook his head in response. "It means you're gonna be a big sister," he told the younger girl happily. Hopefully, she'd be as excited as they were about it.

Aria smiled, she was really excited. Caroline looked at both of her parents. "So... S-So you guys won't love me anymore, because you'll love the new baby?" She asked, tears falling down her tan cheeks. Aria shook her head. "No, no not at all. We will always love you... and your younger siblings." She said. Caroline grinned. "Is your baby a girl like me?" Caroline asked.

Sage sighed slightly and picked up Caroline when she got upset and nodded at Aria's comment. "It just means you'll have a playmate," he told her. "We'll love you both the same," he promised. Then he chuckled and shook his head. "We don't know yet," he told her.

Aria smiled and nodded. "We'll just have to wait and see if it's a girl or a boy." She said. Caroline grinned happily. "Is that why you are so sick?" Caroline asked worriedly. Aria nodded. "So is the baby bad?" Caroline wondered. "No. When I was pregnant with you, I was sick too." She noted. Caroline smiled. "Oh. That makes sense." Aria nodded. "It does."

Sage nodded along to their conversations and smiled at his wife and daughter talking like that. "And the doctor gave mommy some medicine this time, so hopefully she'll not feel so yucky," he added in, really hoping it would help her.

Aria smiled and sat up, resting her head on Sage's shoulder softly. Caroline looked worried. "But what if something happens to mommy? What if she dies!?" Caroline yelled to Sage.

|
Sage shook his head softly and hugged Caroline, then wrapped an arm around Aria too. "Mommy won't die," he told her. "She just gets home headaches and belly aches sometimes," he hummed.

|
Aria chuckled and nodded. Caroline calmed down a bit and sat in Sage's lap. The little girl was really worried about her mother. Aria had quickly fallen asleep on Sages shoulder. Caroline looked over at her mom. She smiled and turned back to Sage. "Mommy's sleeping." She whispered.

Sage looked over at Caroline and nodded at her comment, moving to let Aria lay down, trying his best not to wake her up. He scooped up Caroline and decided to bring her outside to play. The window was open, so Aria would know where they were when she woke up.
