Sage wrinkled his nose slightly and hummed softly when she said the superhero costume would be sexy. "I dunno, the cape might just get in the way," he thought out loud, still clearly messing around. Though, her comment of the blanket being sexier brought a light blush to his face. "Sexy huh," he teased lightly, eyebrows arching upwards. "Well, I suppose I'll just have to convince you I'm better than they are, won't I," he noted lightly.

Mari chuckled lightly and gave a bit of a nod to him, just slight blush brining a grin to her face. She sort of reached over to run a thumb softly along his cheek after a moment or two, a little hum escaping her. "Very sexy," she replied with s chuckle. Though, at his next comment, she hummed thoughtfully. "Convince me, huh?" She asked with a grin. "You might have quite a lot of convincing to do," the woman teased him playfully, gently tugging on the blanket.

Sage couldn't help but grin up at the woman as she spoke, just in awe of her, really. She was still so perfect, so wonderful. Though, as she spoke up about convincing her, he couldn't help but chuckle softly, letting her work at the knot he'd tied to the blanket to hold it up, admittedly excited for it to come off. "I suppose I do," he mused. "Though I must say this is a rather nice way to convince you of something," he added, a slightly mischievous tone in his voice.

Mari chuckled softly after a moment, then rolled her eyes playfully as she gently found the loop in the knot that held the outfit together. She grinned and tugged on it with a little giggle. Her fingers ran softly down his his chest a hum escaping her as she leaned in to peck his lips, a mischievous look across her face. "Oh, it is, is it?" She giggled playfully for a moment.

Sage just grinned over at her as she grinned down at him, an excited shiver running down his spine as she slipped the blanket off, humming lightly. "I like to think it's pretty great," he mused with a sort of light chuckle. Everywhere she touched seemed to burn....in a good way of course. It always was so nice to be able to do this sort of thing with her.

Mari smiled lightly to him after a moment, and moved to press a light kiss to his lips as her nails ran softly down his abs, gently playing around around his v-lines. It was a light touch, really only barely touching him, but a playful one all the same. "Pretty great," she repeated with a bit of a laugh, leaning in to peck his lips again with a soft hum. She sort of shifted so she was straddling him, now that he was bare on the bed. "It's been a while since I've seen you like this, hm?" She mused with another chuckle.

Sage had moved to kiss the girl back, back arching slightly as he leaned into her touch, already seeming to ache for her touch. He hummed lightly in response to her comment, grin growing on his face as she crawled on top of him. "It has been a while hasn't it," he mused, cocking his head slightly. "I'd say it's been a bit too long, yeah," he added mischievously after a moment, clearly excited now that things had sort of started heating up.

Mari hummed softly as she felt his back arching into his hands, although kept her pressure just as light the whole time. It was playful more than anything. Her fingers ran down to where their hips met and gave a nod of agreement. "Far, far too long," she giggled playfully after a moment or two. It had been a while, too. Although, Mari clearly wasn't too fussed.

Sage chuckled softly in response to her agreement, a light hum rising from his throat. Her touch was still light... playful....and that was ok. If she wanted to mess around with him a little bit before they actually did much, that was fine with him. Really he was just glad to be with her. To be able to mess around, and do this sort of thing, whenever they decided to do so. Well...there were the kids, but they had school and were in bed earlier with that, which gave them more time to themselves.

Mari felt a smile cross her face at his little hum, and sort of leaned in to press a slightly deeper kiss to his lips. Was it stupid that she missed him like this? Of course she loved spending time with him, but she missed being able to mess around like the idiots they were. She felt like she'd hardly seen him recently. She hummed gently after a moment or two, and sat up as she ran her kisses playfully down his jaw.
