Sage couldn't help but laugh when she mentioned he hadn't invited her in recently. "Babe, you should know the invitation is always open," he noted with a chuckle, kissing her back lightly. "Not with the kids around, he squeaked, really just amused by it all. Of course, when she mentioned the hood print, he just huffed out a breath and shrugged. "Then it adds character," he noted. "Besides, it's not like it's become a habit or anything," he added with a small laugh.

Mari huffed out a breath and shook her head. "If I knew the invitation was there, I would have taken a shot. But you always come in so tired and gross I just want to let you get some rest," she complained playfully. She then pouted. "The kids are hardly in the house anymore! What's the harm in flashing your wife every once in a while?" She asked with a playful grin.

Sage snickered softly, shakign his head in amusement. "then wait until I've had a chance to get clean and then come in," he mused lightly. Then he gave her a grin. "If you ask nicely, I might not even get dressed to go to bed for you," he added, a slight mischevious tome to his voice. At her neck comment he sort of rolled his eyes, but nodded along. "i'll keep that in mind," he hummed, voice tinged with amusement.

Mari flashed him a gentle smile after a moment, the whole conversation just amuing her. "Fine, fine," she huffed, although there was almost a bit of complaint in her voice. She looked over at him after a moment, though, and sort of rolled onto her stomach, her legs kicking up. "Oh, wow. I have to ask my husband to sleep naked with me?!" She asked, her voice a little higher pitched in amusment. She pouted at him, though and leaned over to press a light kiss to his lips, her hand resting on his cheek,. "Will you now?" She asked playfully.

Sage chuckled softly in response to her comment, really just amused at the whole conversation. "Well how else am I supposed to know if you're in the mood for that," he sort of huffed, really just messing around but also sort of serious. He kissed her back, humming softly after a moment. "I definitely will," he hummed."if it's gets me some love, I'll do anything," he added, huffing dramatically.

Mari rolled her eyes at him, and sort of went limp on the bed. "You should know by now," she complained to him with a bit of a laugh. "We have been together long enough that when I'm in the mood you'll know," she huffed, resting her forehead on her hands. She then gasped at him, pouting. "Gets you some love? I never stop giving you love you ungrateful old man," she squeaked dramatically, though after a moment she pecked his cheek before patting his side. "You probably need to get up and do something right now though," she chuchckled lightly.

Sage hummed lightly in response to her comment, giving her a sort of pout. "Yeah, but you shoo me upstairs right away, how am I supposed to figure it out when I'm not by you," he huffed, though still all in play. Though, he couldn't help but laugh at her next comment, givign her a wide grin and then gruntign in agreement when she said he should probably go get work done. "I'm probably starving the horses just to death," he grumbled in a fond manner, moving to peck her lips lightly before rolling out of bed and moving to get ready.

Mari chuckled softly and shrugged. "No harm in calling me in! I can do what I'm told too," she huffed. When he moved to get up, she nodded in agreement. "Poor animals, having to deal with you," she mused as he wandered off. She sat in bed for a while, before deciding she couldn't get any more bored and got up to get dressed and ready for the day. She dropped the kids off at school, but not before picking a sheet up of all the clubs they had on... there would be something for Silas, and maybe for Liz too if she felt like it.

Sage hummed lightly and gave her a grin as he got ready. "Noted," he hummed, rolling his eyes when she mentioned the animals. "They literally live with bales of hay and somehow I'm still starving them all to death," he snorted, definitely amused by it all. He moved to peck her lips before heading out to the barn then, working at feeding and watering before letting them all out in the paddocks and working with the foals one at a time.

Mari wandered around the market for a little while, grabbing some food and other bits and bobs she thought they needed. While she was out there, though, she saw some signs outside one of the taverns, looking for some evening waitresses. She picked one of them off the wall before wandering back towards the house with her bags, clearly happy with her finds as she started making some lunch up.
