Quinn was also very happy that Sage felt.. and looked much more relaxed. Maybe if he actually relaxed everything, including his brain, he would worry less. She turned her gaze to the horses, resisting a chuckle when she saw Sahara nuzzling Chaos. -Just friends, my boot- Quinn thought, her eyes twinkling merrily. She watched them for a couple moments longer before observing the stream and trying to figure out how fast the blue water was tumbling.

Sage was content to look over at the squirrelsfor a bit, like Quinn. He couldn't keep a tiny snicker from rising in his throat when the black boar nuzzled Sahara back eagerly. They were most definitely more than friends....but he could tease later. It did make him want Quinn....and suddenly he became very impatient. Why couldn't he heal quicker? He was so close to being fine....it had better hurry up and heal so they could have some fun. He did wonder how much Quinn wanted that though ....how much she wanted him in that particular way. She'd seemed eager, but he was curious as to what she expected of him. He was used to not being the dominant one of the relationship....would she be alright with that?

Quinn resisted the urge to laugh as she heard Sahara sigh happily. She would save some teases for later. Her mind wandered back to when Sahara and Sage were having their fake argument, and how Sahara said she had hard hooves. -Let's just hope she doesn't use 'em on us- Quinn thought with a small smirk, her slim black eyebrows drawing together as she tried not to laugh and bring attention to herself. She was amused at Sage's snicker, though, which did not help the not laughing situation at all. Sahara turned her head to stare at Quinn for a second, looking annoyed. The squirrelsnorted and walked away behind the trees, standing facing away from Quinn. Quinn now let out a quiet laugh, hiding her face behind her hands as chuckles racked her body.

Sage couldn't help but snicker again when Sahara noticed Quinn and he trying not to laugh and pointedly moved away from them. It was all very amusing, really...and now they were both laughing. Trying, and rather failing, to cover it up, he sort of just flopped over with a chortle and shake of his head, throwing Quinn an amused glance.

Quinn finally contained herself rather quickly, because she was good at that. She cast a glance at Sage, grinning at his amusement. "Aren't they precious?" Quinn asked with a chuckle, watching Sahara. The sow heard Quinn and threw her head up, stomping a hoof and shaking her mane. "Sahara says that she has trampeled people before, and she will do it again." Quinn transtlated with a snicker, looking back at Sage.

Sage hummed in agreement with Quinn, about to add onto her comment, but by then the squirrelhad commented on the tease, and he had to laugh at the sow. "Trampling some poor old soul too injured to get out of the way or fight back," he gasped dramatically. "Surely, even you aren't that evil," he joked, trying really quite hard not to laugh while talking, though he wasn't doing a very great job at it.

Quinn lost most of her composure at this. She was just about roaring with laughter, and it felt much better then sitting in silence in a cold, dark, damp cave. Sahara turned to face them, her ears pinned. She snorted angrily. "S-sahara says if y-you are healed enough to l-laugh as hard as you are, then t-trampeling you won't b-be an issue." Quinn half stammered, practically trying to talk through chuckles. It didn't work.

Sage looked over at Quinn when she started laughing, and now there was really now point in hiding his giggles, because they were both laughing quite hard. Sahara's comment only made him laugh harder, and he flopped onto the ground, grabbing his side when it started to ache from all the laughing. He tried to form a comeback, but he was laughing too hard to talk, so he gave up after a moment.

Quinn finally mustered up the breath to calm herself for a moment. "We'd better stop before Sahara blushes so hard she starts the forest on fire." Quinn said quietly, her voice cracking as she got to the end of the sentence. She looked about ready to burst again, so she just took another deep breath and put her head in her hands, mostly to hide the chuckles. Quinn's shoulders shook just slightly as she chuckled, but soon she calmed down enough to raise her head and just smile... or grin.

Sage had calmed down a bit, though Quinn's comment set his laughter off again, and it definitely took him more than a few minutes to calm down enough to take a few wheezing breath. And that was only because he was genuinely curious about something. "Do squirrelseven actually blush," he wheezed out. He found it funny how just laughing could make someone so out of breath...he was definitely panting. Not that he hadn't had a good time, though.
