Gladius,

Agreed! I wish I had figured out in high school what I wanted to do for my career. I feel like a lot of people figure out what they want to be/do in that time. And here I am at 24 still not exactly knowing what I want to do xD
I'm not thinking I want to stay in the business of selling signs forever haha

brooke - honestly comm college is a great way to do that. just get your core classes out of the way, and even if you don't end up going for a 4 year maybe a 2-year degree is more your swing. gives you time to figure it out. you definitely don't have to have it planned out for the next 30 years when you're still in high school

and you get college credit. I basically knocked out all my core requirements before going to my 4 year college in the 2-3 years I took 2-3 classes at the college, so I got to do more electives

brooke - the good thing about community college is it's a lot more like homeschooling, you show up 2-3 times a week, learn the material, go home and do homework in between classes, live your life, get graded and move on haha it's a loooot less rigid than public school

Gladius,

I was all over the place lol. Started private, then public, switched to a different private school, went to a public middle school for about almost 2 years, then finally to homeschooling/long distance school.

I've thought about community college here and there, but I feel like it would be rough to get back into the swing of school stuff lol. I've been out of school for so long.

"Mercy, you've said yourself I don't have the brains to do anything, much less something as important as a wedding." Ajax explained with a sweet smile. "So if I really am just a big hunk of meat, I'll do the grunt work and you can plan the wedding." He snickered, realizing with the slightest bit of shock that he didn't mind when Mercy decided she needed to be less than 1 millimeter away from him at all times. "Right, okay, I'll try not to. But if I die from no mocking before the wedding it'll be your fault." Ajax pointed out

"That was joke, love. You're not that stupid." Mercy teased, rolling her eyes at him and moving to flop her forehead against his chest. "That's not what I meant." She whined softly, her voice muffled by, well, him. "There's no grunt work involved with wedding planning, drama queen." She huffed.

(We just gonna pretend Goose and Rooster said goodbye and left. They can have this conversation and both plan a thing or two out, then we will skip ahead to the day)
+++
Ajax grinned, laughing a little. "I'm glad you think so. I'm not sure I can agree, buuuut..." He joked, wrapping an arm around her. "Not what you mmmeanmmmmm hmm hmm?" He said with the same muffled sounding not making sense words, rolling his eyes. "Goose is the drama queen. I can be the drama... knight." Ajax chuckled. "Okay okay fine. So, then, what will Goose be wearing? You won't get Rooster to wear anything other than dark colors, but he will wear color if you want. I, on the other hand, am much more stubborn. I think black will work just fine for me."

Okay))
Mercy wiggled herself closer to him as he wrapped his arm around her, lifting her head to set her chin on his chest and look up at him instead. "Nooo, it's not what I meeeeeaaaammmmnmnnn." She said sarcastically, mocking the same tone. She snickered at his next comment, shaking her head. "Alright, fine." She huffed, thinking for a moment. "I was thinking a light blue suit. A blue theme for the wedding, too, if you would like that." She said lightly, curling her arms around him. She grinned slightly as he finished, nodding. "You can pick what you and Rooster wear. I'd love if your tie or pocket handkerchief could match Goose's suit though. That would be cute." She nodded lightly.

Ajax laughed a little, tilting his head to listen to what she was saying. "Goose will appreciate light blue. If you want a blue theme, I'm sure Rooster would be perfectly fine with dark blue. I could make a sacrifice and wear dark blue, and Rooster and I could wear the light blue pocket handkerchief. Deal?" He said, holding out his hand with a grin

Mercy grinned up at him as he spoke, taking his hand as soon as he offered it and nodding. "Deal. We can have light blue flowers, and dark blue flowers, and gold accents because that's cool. I'm so excited." She grinned, hopping up and down once or twice. "What are we gonna do for food? For cake?" She started, moving away from him to hop up on the counter. She held her arms out and made the classic grabby hand signal. "C'mere." She huffed.

"See? You can plan afterall." Ajax chuckled, shaking her hand with a wry grin before letting go. "Gold for no particular reason, okay." he confirmed, shaking his head slightly. "For food we will have bacon, steak, pork, ham, chicken, sausage, and every other meat you can think of." He grinned, his eyes sparkling. "And for cake it can be a scary demon and a beautiful angel?" Ajax suggested with a snicker. "You are special.. for sure." He snorted a little at her *grabby hands gesture*, taking a slow step towards her and leaning on the counter instead. No way was he hopping up.

"I never said I couldn't." Mercy huffed, watching him happily. "Not for no reason. I think gold is pretty. You would look good with gold and blue." She defended her gold with a smug face, scoffing at his food recommendation. "Can we also have, like, I dunno... something that isn't meat? Like little cakes. I like little cakes. And alcohol. Alcohol isn't terrible." She said lightly, giving him a little look at his comment. "That's why you wanna marry me, isn't it?" She teased, gently grabbing his hand and gently tugging him in an attempt to get him to stand in front of her. "As for cake, I think that's fine. But like... what flavor?" She asked curiously, grinning down at him.

"Oh so you finally admit! I do have the ability to look good!" Ajax said triumphantly with a teasing grin. "Well, I think you look good ALL the time." He commented with a smile. +I really got thi down+ Ajax thought with a supressed laugh. "Why something that isn't meat? But okay, little cakes works for me. Meat, little cakes, doritos, alcohol- with some beer for me- and coffee. Perfect." He joked, half joked, kind of joked, with a grin. "Do I have to figure out everything? Ice cream cake. Boom, everyone loves it." He snorted.

"I always think you look amazing, what are you talking about?" Mercy huffed, grinning at him for the compliment. "Awww, thanks." She giggled, still thoroughly wooed by his compliment. She gently curled her arms around him now that he was in front of her, wrapping her legs around him with a little huff as he continued. "Because I like cakes. And doritos, I do like those." She nodded, lightly, chuckling as he started listing off drinks. "Why coffee?" She asked curiously, tilting her head and scrunching her face slightly at his last words. "I was thinking cheesecake." She said lightly.
