really sucks landlords can be so nit picky about animals... ive seen children destroy worse then animals lol but also i do sympathize the smallest bit with landlords as ive lived in an apt post destructive dog and landlord didnt do much repairs or cleaning, and it took me forever to get the dog smell out lol unfortunately the few ruin it for the many : (
