Sorry it's short •°˜---X---˜°• Adrien was still unconscious, though... a few water particles were floating around him, and he had curled up. He was shaking and his face pale again. His hands were up by his face, holding his hair tightly. It was a shocker he was still unconscious. But it was not good that he was dreamingn... well, possibly having a nightmare, about something.

(No problem! With how many short posts I have ... lol) - Frynn glanced over at Adrien, who looked rather... strained. She wanted to help calm him, but she didn't know how. Taking in a quiet breath, she pulled a chair over near him, sitting down. She then slowly opened her mind, pushing it out towards his. Again she was met with the hurricane of rain, but it seemed weaker now. Frynn steeled herself and tried harder, knowing that she could help calm him if she could get to his sub-consciousness. She put up a mental shield to help with the torrential rain in his mind, trying to keep her out. A second later it was like she popped into the eye of the storm. Everything felt calm. Surprised, she froze for a second, but not for long. Using her Empathy, she opened that as well, and his emotions hit her like a bulldozer- MUCH stronger now. Grimacing, she tried to ignore them, focusing on sending soothing waves. It was draining, but she hoped she had got across to him. Half a second later she withdrew, shielding both powers again and dropping her head into her hands, breathing a little more heavily. His brain just HURT. It was like he was so worried about someone discovering anything about him that he had worried himself into a frazzled state of mind.

I love how you explained that and worded it lol, sorry for another short responseeee •°˜---X---˜°• Adrien worked like that. He hid himself between walls and walls and walls of anything. Blocking thoughts away from showing. He curled up into a tighter ball as the scene of the dead horses replayed over and over in his mind, as well as the ways they died. And how they were left. He couldn't. He was basically sitting in his mind, somewhere in a hurricane, watching all these horrible things play out. Like he was stuck on repeat... it was horrible.

(Aw thanks!) - Frynn recovered for a moment before glancing back up at Adrien, her dark blue eyes growing concerned, even scared. He was still unresponsive, and not calm. Both bad things. "Adrien? Adrien you have to wake up. I know you're tired." She said, tentatively touching his arm, but nothing seemed to help. She didn't have much of a choice. Opening back up her mind, she pushed it towards him again, gently. It seemed the trick to getting past his walls of Fury was being gentle, kind. She braved the storm, worming her way in, and finally felt the calm again. Resisting the urge to glance around at his memories, she took a mental breath. "Adrien." She spoke straight into his kind, making her voice loud enough to be heard over what he was experiencing. "Adrien listen to me, you need to wake up. Please." A bit of fear crept into her mental voice as well. Frynn couldn't hide the fact she was scared for him, that he did too much, that he may never wake up. "Adrien please, just follow my voice, away from your memories." She called out again, hoping his mind would respond, hoping his mind would listen to her, recognize her. She just wanted him to be okay, especially after all he did to help HER. This was partially her fault. If not all her fault.

•°˜---X---˜°• Adrien stayed unresponsive, which wasn't good. At all. The hurricane in his mind was too strong, he couldn't hear her. He was so used to hearing things, and was too overwhelmed to hear her. Things from his past began playing to him. He sat, somewhere in the hurricane of thoughts, listening to some play. He was physically there, but also... not. More like, he was there, stuck in his mind, replaying those horrid memories.

When nothing happened, when Frynn heard nothing, she really started to freak out. "ADRIEN!!" She all but screamed into his mind, but again, no response. Desperate, at this point, she knew she had to do something. She had seen people stuck in a memory loop before, and it was terrible. In a last case act, Frynn tried something she never tried before. She let her very conscious that was in his mind warm up, to the point where it would even hurt a tiny little bit, like ripping off a bandaid. Hopefully the heat would trigger with his water-mind and he would snap to. If not? Frynn didn't know what to do. It's not like she could burn his brains out.

Another short one! Jeez I need to lengthen these lol •°˜---X---˜°• Adrien sat up abruptly, breathing hard and still shaking. Since he was conscious again, the hurricane became harsher, deeper, and blocked Frynn put, unknowingly. He pulled his knees to his chest, gripping at his hair, he looked like he needed to cry, but he used his ability to hold back tears. He was not going to cry.

Frynn didn't even have time to be happy Adrien was awake before a tempest roared through the momentarily calm spot, slamming into her consciousness. She jerked back with a cry of pain, her vision blurring as her hands flew to her head, her face twisted in pain. A splitting headache racked her mind, and she was 99 percent sure she was going to die if it didn't stop soon. A couple minutes later she slowly started to recover, her face pale. "A-Adrien? Are you.. okay? That's a stupid question... of course you aren't..." Frynn's voice wavered slightly, but she managed to keep it together.

•°˜---X---˜°• Adrien's fingers curled further into his hair once again, tugging at it. His ability was still holding back his tears. He was not crying. And he wasn't going to cry. No way. He was still shaking but he looked up at Frynn, trying to stop himself from shaking as he smiled weakly at her. "Yeah?" He asked, his voice wavering. He had a splitting headache as the memories threatened to consume him again.

Frynn massaged her temples with the tips of her slim fingers, breathing deeply. The force of the attack his brain had put on her- she had never felt anything like it. Such a ripping, horrible pain. It reminded her that he didn't trust her. Her shoulders sagged slightly. +I need to suck it up+ she thought weakly, closing her eyes before gathering herself up, lifting her chin slightly and steeling herself. "I'm so sorry you had to take care of everything and haul me in here and everything..." she murmured quietly, raking her fingers through her hair, but other than that, not giving any more signs she was in pain.
