| Sloe gin is a waiting game but sooo worth it, just don't get baited into trying a sloe straight off the bush like I did (0/10, do not recommend) |

| We also have a lot of these guys, birch boletes I think they are called. They come in a red and a brown version and are fun to ID. Technically they aren't really edible, unless you boil them for a long time first, but they aren't dangerous either. They scare me but I have eaten them before |
