She nodded and thought for another moment before saying, "I would like to just explore around I suppose. I'm not from around here so maybe we could walk around and see the rest of the area?"

|
West nodded. "Okay. Let's do that the " he started walking down the mountains and off to the plains, the closest area. He didn't live THAT far up in the mountains, so it didn't take very long to get down. West stretched into a canter, looking around at the tall grass

She followed close behind West as they traveled towards the plains below. She broke into a trot then a canter almost the same time he did and smiled. She enjoyed hanging out with West, seeing that she didn't know many horses anyway. Wither sped up slightly and cantered right beside West, their legs moving together.

West smiled happily, overjoyed to be free. He felt the wind flow through his mane and tail, blowing the, back. This was the life he always wished for. To be a free, wild horse with a friend by his side...

She looked over and saw West smiling and smiled as well. She always liked seeing others happy and seeing her new friend happy was ten times better. She threw her head up some to get part of her black mane out of her face and let out a happy whinny as they cantered. Her legs wanted to go faster but she knew that West wasn't built for speed.

West glanced at her and heaved a sigh. "See if you can catch me." He snorted, speeding up till he was galloping flat out, using his muscles to power him through

She snorted some as West took off and accepted his challenge. She launched into a gallop and strained her neck forward to get more dynamics. Her hooves dug into the ground to get traction and speed and slowly Wither caught up on West.

West put his head down and pretty much ran like he did when he was about to ram something. For some reason, it was the best way for him to get up speed, and it helped him breath easier. "I swear I have asthma" he gasped, trying to run faster. "Nope." West said, bringing himself to a slow walk. "You... can run... while I... catch... my breath..." he wheezed, offering a small smile

She sped up as West pulled ahead some and soon saw herself gallop past him. She slowed to a stop and turned herself around and trotted back to West. "You ok," she asked seeing him wheezing, "tired from all of that running huh?" She trotted over beside him and stood beside the stallion. She tossed her head some to get her mane out of her face and more under control after the running they had done.

"Of course I'm fine." He half chuckled half coughed. "Just my horrible airways and battle frame." He snorted, shaking his head. "By the way, when ever you feel like galloping, please do so. I'll catch up in about 14 hours, depending on how fast and how far you go." He joked, regaining his breath
