Aria hopped on Axel and they galloped off to the castle. Aria looked around for Sage. Where did he go? The girl asked herself. She turned back and headed to the woods, knowing Sage loved it there. "Sage?" She called out. Axel reared. "Woah boy. It's okay." Aria led Axel towards the castle again and they just waited in the field. Aria laid down on Axel's back. Her hair flowed of the side of his dapple grey coat. She smiled and looked at the blue sky.

Sage headed around for a bit to calm the horse. It was only a few minutes, but then he circled back down to the place where he'd first said he'd meet the girl and trotted the stallion up to her, waving happily.

Aria beamed and waved happily. "I got Axel! He was pretty excited." Aria giggled. The girl patted Axel's neck and grinned. "So... Where we riding to?" She asked Sage.

Sage chuckled and nodded. "Chaos here is always full of energy," he hummed. Then he shrugged. "Just through the forest I suppose ...doesn't matter much to me "

Aria smiled and nodded. "Sounds good. Then I can show you around town!" The girl said happily. She nudged Axel and they headed to the forest. Aria looked at Sage and grinned. "I haven't really done this in a while... Ever since my mom passed away." Tears filled her eyes, as she wiped one away from her cheek. "But... I guess it's exciting." She managed a small smile.

Sage chuckled and nodded. "Sounds good to me," he chirped. He hummed and nodded. "My mom died when I was like five....I don't really remember her," he admitted with a slight shrug. "Neither of my parents have ever been the most loving people so I guess I can't relate to missing her." Then he nodded and reached over to pat the girls shoulder comfortingly. "Remember the good memories," he suggested.

Aria smiled and wiped the rest of her tears away. "Oh, I'm so sorry." The girl said looking at Sage. "I try to think of the good memories. Thanks though." She said looking down. Axel nickered, trying to help comfort Aria. He knew she had hard times like this. All she needed was someone to comfort her. Aria looked back up and ran her hand through her hair. Axel moved closer to Chaos, having a feeling Aria liked the boy, Sage.

Sage shrugged slightly and grunted. "well, I can't say I miss her," he sighed. Chaos was more than happy to amble along next to axel, who he seemingly got along with quite well. "what was it like? Having a caring family," he asked after a moment. "I've always wondered that," he admitted quietly, almost shyly.

Aria grinned. "Well... It was amazing. I was the only child, so being with my parents meant everything to me. But when my dad left us, everything changed. All the fun games, and family movie nights went away. Instead me and my mom moved out here. We loved the view and the town... When my mom died, I kind of died too." Aria said looking down. The girl sighed and hopped of Axel when they entered the clearing. She sat against a tree and let tears run down her cheeks. Axel nudged her with his head, but got pushed away.

Sage listened with a cocked head, taking in every bit of information he could about it all. Though, he frowned and winced slightly when the girl started crying. He heasitated before sliding off his own horse and going to the girl, wrapping her up in what he hoped was a comforting hug. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have asked that," he murmured softly.
