Aria turned on the bath for Caroline and set the little girl in gently. Caroline splashed around in the water happily. She squealed and beamed excitedly, looking over at her mother. Aria grinned proudly.

Sage slid into his room and sat down in the cushiony chair by the window with a sigh. He was still kind of sore, but did feel better than he had the night before. His cuts and bruises were healing too, which was definitely good.

Aria got Caroline washed up and wrapped her in a towel. She got a little dress on the girl and smiled happily. Aria noticed Sage was back and she grinned over at him.

Sage looked over at Aria when she came back out and smiled back at her happily. He did love his family a lot, even if he was tired and sore.

Aria took Caroline to her bedroom and laid her down in her bed gently. The girl came back to their room and laid in bed next to Sage. She loved him so much.

Sage smiled over at the girl when she lay down next to him. He scooted over so he could curl up against her and rest his head on her collar bone happily. He always liked being able to cuddle up and relax.

Aria smiled and kissed the side of Sage's head when he scooted over to cuddle with her. She loved to cuddle with the boy too. She relaxed and wrapped her arms around him gently.

Sage smiled up at the girl and hummed happily when Aria kissed his head and curled up around him. This was always what he enjoyed the most...just cuddling up and relaxing with her.

(I'm going on vacation so I won't be on again until the 12th on June, just to let you know)

Aria smiled back at Sage and laid her head on top of his gently. "I love you." She whispered, falling asleep quickly.

Sage smiled in response to the girl. "I love you too," he murmured softly, though she was already asleep. He let himself drift off alongside her happily.
