Sage looked up at Quinn when she moved, before putting his head back down and settling down again. After a few moments, he shifted slightly and rolled over so his head could flop onto the girls leg with a huff. He supposed that had just become his comfort spot... Curled up with her like that, where her scent was strong and he could feel her warmth. It was just really nice. Calming, even.

Quinn finally snapped out of her thoughts and glanced down at Sage as he moved. It still amused her how ... puppyish he was. It was definetely a good thing, and Quinn liked it. She looked back into the crackling fire, starting to fall asleep. Thankfully.

Sage could hear Quinns breathing slow as she started to drift off, a light smile forming on his face. She was rather cute, happy and focused like that.

Quinn finally fell asleep, her emerald eyes flashing in the light of the fire as she leaned back against the rock and closed them. It was just so peaceful... and calm... and warm,... and she has said this before. Quinn shut off her brain and just tried to sleep, not wanting to be thinking the whole time her body was resting,

Sage chuckled lightly when he noticed the girl fall asleep. He reached over to grab a blanket and tugged it over the two of them before settling back down with his head in her lap again. He closed his eyes then, supposing he should sleep if she was, too. They'd be alright ....and a night outside would be nice.

Quinn twitched, hearing a chuckle, though she was too tired to wake up. She relaxed further as warmth covered her... that definetely felt much better than the cool night air.

- (Time skip to morning)

Quinn awoke well after the sun came up... but she didn't move. Sadly, yes, she was starting to feel like Sage... she wanted to sleep forever. It was still chilly out, the blanket was warm, and she absolutely did not want to wake up yet. It was only... around 7, if Quinn was right... which was likely.

Sage woke up rather early, and had decided to try and go back to sleep. It didn't really happen though, so he sort of drifted on and out of that odd asleep but not asleep state for a while until he felt Quinn shift. He opened his eyes to peek up at the girl, and upon seeing her attempt to go back to sleep, he curled up again happily. He certainly didn't want to uncurl himself from the warm body that Quinn was proving.

Quinn noticed Sage was awake, but she did nothing about it. Just tried very hard to fall back asleep. She buried her head down further in the blanket with a sort of huff, not wanting to feel the cold air yet. Ay, she just wanted to sleep till 9.

Sage was more than happy to stay cuddled up underneath the blanket. He sort of just slid deeper underneath it with a soft huff of air before settling down again lazily. It was nice to just rest outside....it was a bit chilly in the morning air, but he did like spending the night outside quite a lot. Especially when he'd been sleeping in the cave for so long.

Quinn finally felt herself sliding into sleep... but it felt like three seconds later she was awake again. Though, when she cracked an eye open and looked at the sky, the sun indicated it was around 9:30 am. -Wonder's of sleeping- Quinn thought with a small half huff half groan, sitting up and immedietely freezing as a cold breeze wafted over her. Why was it still cold? Then a warm breeze came, and she started to feel the sun's rays... must've just been a little draft of cold air left.
