Regan had to admit that she was a bit... nervous. This all just seemed awkward. Not like it had been when she and Tyler had first met and were always trying to fight with on another. But it was just... odd... she couldn't explain it at all. She was nervous to upset him, and he seemed nervous about something, but she didn't know what, exactly. She didn't know if it was even nerves. 'my pleasure'. What an odd thing for him to say... or was she just over thinking too much. "I'm not sure..." she trailed off and looked at Jaxon, who seemed a bit more with it now. She hoped he was somewhat better than he had been. "Perhaps finding wherever he was staying. Or some food. Something helpful." She shrugged quietly to him.

Aw why is *my pleasure* a weird thing for Tyler to say? He can be quite polite at times XD)) - Tyler gazed at Regan for a moment with a little sigh. She was working herself up again, he could tell. He glanced at Jax, who had thankfully fallen asleep, then back at Regan. "Do you want to go for a quick walk?" He asked quietly, tilting his head. If he couldn't calm her down by asking questions, maybe walking would help. It would probably be fine to leave Jaxon alone for a couple minutes. Tyler stood and waited for an answer, running a hand through his thick black hair as he pondered something

(Regan didn't expect it! He's not super formal with her lmao) Regan looked down from Tyler, back to their guest... well, she needed to get out of this house. And spend some time with Tyler for a little while, without the strain of someone new... she was taking it that was the reason for him being so uptight. She started to talk out next to him with a small sigh, then looked back over to him, trying a little smile but it wasn't looking too great. "Tyler... is there a reason you're being like this? I know having someone else about is scary, but he ain't going to be staying for very long," she promised to him, that sad little smile across her face.

Tyler tipped his head while Regan contemplated his words, waiting patiently. At her words, though, his face fell a little. -She didn't even answer- He thougfht with a slight huff, though he sank back into the chair wearily to think of a honest answer. "I don't exactly understand what you mean... it is different having another person, and I'm sorry if I am behaving differently, but I don't mean to. If you could point out what... how I am acting... weird... then I would be happy to change." Tyler answered carefully. He really was a little confused. How was he acting different?

Regan stood up after a few moments, deciding they'd rather have this conversation when they were outside, where it was maybe a bit calmer. "Let's go then," she offered her hands to him, kind of pondering of his comment. She didn't want him to change , like as a person, she just wanted him to... relax a little bit. She knew he wasn't normally like this. She knew he was just protective of their cabin, but oh well... he didn't need to be rude. "It's just... you're being rude, kinda horrible, actually... I don't understand why," she murmured to him. He hadn't been like this when she'd first been caught into his camp, so why was he now?

Tyler nodded as Regan did make a decision, rather thankful thisparticular conversation could be held in his preferred area. He accepted her hand with only a little battling of the brain, walked outside, and listened. Okay... oh boy... that was a fair point. -Good question, why have you been being rude?- Tyler asked himself silently, confirming he had gone crazy and was ating off of feelings instead of anything ging on in his mind. He knew that was true because he confirmed absolutely nothing was going on in his mind. "I-" Tyler paused, pondering what she said a moment more with a rather mournful expression. "I'm sorry, I dln't know why I'm acting like that... and I'm sorry I can't explain it to you because I don't even know. I... will try to figure out the problem and fix it because truly, I just want what is best for you. I don't want to be rude, so I will try to change." He finished, thinking over what he said. So many pauses.... with Tyler, that always meant he actually thought about what he said. -Good night why am I being so rude? What stupid emotion is compelling me to do this?- Tyler thought wearily, racking his tired brain for answers

Regan walking next to him, her eyes on the ground as they wandered. They might as well hunt while they we're out there, too... they had three mouths to feed for the time being. The last time she saw Jaxon he was more awake, but they'd left the dogs in the cabin, so they'd put him in his place if anything happened. It was silent for a few moments before Tyler started to talk again. He seemed so hesitant. It was a bit... odd for him. "Tyler, I don't want you to change... I just want you to be comfortable. Isn't that the issue? Because someone is new?" She asked quietly. If that wasn't it then she didn't have a clue. He was the one that said they'd find more people. And they finally had, even if he wasn't going to stay for long. "Jaxon is injured, so if you could just make and effort to be a little bit friendly to him, I'd appreciate it," she murmured quietly to him.

Tyler... felt bad. He didn't mean to be rude... for some reason he just felt... stiff... towards Jaxon. He knew it was a stupid emotion speaking, but which one? This wasn't how Tyler normally acted when he felt fear... so it wasn't like he was scared of that hurt scrap of skin and bone. He wanted to help, but at the same time something was nagging at his mind. "Possibly. In any case, I will try to be more friendly." Tyler answered, taking in a shallow breath. Why was his mind so darn complicated.

Regan nodded to him and let out a relaxed breath. All he could do was try. She gently went to pat his back and smiled lightly. "Thank you. That's all you can do," she murmured before looking about. "Why don't we go hunt... right now we've got a sack of skin and bone in the cabin, and you're wrong if you think I'm not gonna feed him up," she snickered to him in an amused tone. "Anything you want to eat?" She asked curiously to him. She did like her food, she supposed. She wanted to be a bit more upbeat... she knew she was telling Tyler off being being rude, but she hadn't been particularly nice to him, either. She knew he would have just been a little bit nervous of it all.

Tyler was a bit relieved Regan didn't seem too terribly upset... but he was still mentally hitting himself for being so rude. "If there is one thing I can do it is hunt. And I can agree with you on that one, he is a sack of skin and bone." Tyler snorted, wrinkling his nose slightly before starting to walk out towards the woods. He had his daggers... that was enough to kill something. "I'm in the mood for some venison, so that's what I'm gonna get." Tyler answered with a slight smile, going out towards the deer trail he had located the day before.
