Emma was slowly recovering but scared to ride for some reason. She decided to sell her mare, heartbreaking as it was. Once the new owner came and picked up her horse, Emma told Leim. "I sold Splash..." She said quietly, not looking at him

" you did what " he looked over and asked shocked

"She needed a better home..." She said simply, shrugging and going into the bedroom. She curled into a ball and stared at the wall

He followed her to the bathroom " no she didn't you loved her and she loved you, you were just sick, she was still being taken care of "

"No, she'll be happier now. Some girl is using her for teen shows and i'm too old for that now. And sick randomly. And we are gonna start a family, but riding just isn't me right now...I'm sorry"
| |

" ok if you say so but you still could have kept her for our kids in the future "

Emma quickly wiped away a tear. "No, it's fine. I need to...make dinner...or something" She said quickly, getting up and stumbling before ctahcing herself and walking to the kitchen

He got ready for to catch her then let her walk off it tore him apart to see that she lost her horse so he went off the deep end to try and find her horse again

Emma, tears still streaming silently, made him dinner but didn't eat at all. She set the plate down on the table at his spot and walked to the bathroom. She sat down on the floor, closed the door, and cried
