"Yeah. You got them protecting us both." She said, glancing up at him and her face blanching a shade. "It's best you don't remember them." She adds quietly. "Trust me on that."

"No,I remember that.I never got shot,I was drowned instead." He sighed and rubbed his temples,joining Rose on the bed.

She thought for a moment. "I don't know then. Don't worry about it, handsome." She said, putting down her phone and walking over to him. She took his hand and kissed him with a smile.

He kissed her back and pulled a half-smile.Caden hopped on Instagram and saw Trevor's post. "Oh my goddddddd!WHY TREVOR?HES STUPID AND THATS THE TRUTH." Caden half-yelled,annoyance in his tone.He walkd out onto the balcony before coming back inside. "Look at this." Caden said,pointing his phone at her. 'Guess whos dating Xcee???? Meeee' "He's dating Charli and now he will live up to his nickname of bafoon." Caden muttered.

Rose burst into a fit of laughter as Caden commented on his friend's decisions. "Oh lord help him." She giggled. "You still gonna join the team again?" She asked, only half joking

"Heck yeah.Did drils earlier and,yeah,looking pretty good still.I have practice tommorow.Four 'O clock,by the way." Caden says,sitting back onto the bed,still chuckling.

"You always look handsome." She commented, looking him in the eyes. "I'll probably head to the gym while you're at practice." She added quietly, kissing him slowly

"Good idea.I seriously need to get back into my really good habits.Like,I would meal-prep,have protein shakes almost four times a day,and now its a redbull a day keeps the practice away." He sighed,laughing.

"I swear one of these days you're gonna stock the fridge with redbulls alone. Or get a fridge for only redbulls." She joked, tracing the muscles on his chest and abs

"Ha!" He laughed,throwing his head back with a true laugh. "Hey I mean,i'd be fine with that." He laughed,looking at Trevor's post. "Ah shit,the heck is this?" He asks,clicking on a edit of himself. "Huh,dude made a pretty good edit of me.Nice."
